> 3 dayI have emailed Lucas customer service and have had no response. I will now pursue through Amazon. I have had luggage just over year with moderate usage. The stitching is coming apart on the large suitcase. Obvious flaw may or may not be easy to fix. I have done everything Lucas asks for but no communication.

> 3 dayVery lightweight and rolls well. However I’ve only used the smallest one 3 times and the handle already doesn’t go down as it should. So frustrating! I have to manually lower it by pressing on the inside of the metal bars.
