Much better than carrying your sleeping child. Far better than having a dedicated stroller to travel with. He was plenty comfortable using a neck pillow as a pillow for his head. Plenty easy to pull along. We dont even have very expensive carry on luggage and the wheels handle the weight fine. Highly recommend for airports!

It says right in the description that its for soft roller bags. I want to slap all these people who are deducting stars because they cant read. As for the folks who just arent coordinted enough.. u have my pity. This is a great product.

This simple little seat made my travel by myself with two kid so much easier! My 2.5 year old loved riding it! It was easy for him to get out of it but he did need a little assistance to get in it. I quickly figured out how to help him without the suitcase falling over. I simply raised the suitcase handle, and supported the suitcase handle with my back as I bent over to help him on. It really was easy, it just takes a little ingenuity. He also just liked sitting on it when not in motion so I just held the handle and put a foot behind the suitcase to keep it from falling in him. Very little effort. My only suggestion would be, I think the seat part would be better if it were made of plywood or some other sturdier material to create a better sitting surface. Other than that, it worked just as I hoped it would!

This seat is fantastic! We just got back from a two-week long trip to Ireland with our almost two year-old boy. We had long layovers and we spent most of that time wheeling him around the airport. We didnt bring a stroller and the lugabug helped him enjoy the sights without being held or having to walk everywhere. Plus, you get lots of attention from other passengers...they loved seeing him on this fun seat. I used it to store our iPad and a few diapers while we were on the plane. It was easy to stick in the pocket of our plane seat and just grab when we needed to change him. It looks like it can also be used as a tiny, flat backpack. I cant say enough good things about this product! There was a handwritten thank-you note from the company when we received it in the mail. I anticipate using this product for a few more years. Worked great for us on 2 different trips so far. My 2 year old loved it and since he doesn’t like the stroller it was a great help for transporting thru the airport without needing a stroller. Folds nicely and was able to keep around my carry on suitcase in certain overhead compartments. Did work better in the carry on with only 2 wheels versus 4 wheel carry on. You do need to watch stabilization during putting the child in on a 4 wheel carry on. Great product/ great idea!!

I want to start by saying that this was a life saver on my recent trip with solo with my 10 month old and 3 year old. My 3 year old wanted to ride it the whole time we were in the airport! So many people were talking to us about it or at least pointing to us and smiling from a distance seeing my daughter riding on my suitcase. The biggest reasons that I am only giving it 3 stars is because it is challenging to use when you don’t have someone else there to help you hold the suitcase to keep it from tipping over. We had a couple close calls with tip overs while I was trying to latch the lap belt and it was challenging to pay for snacks at the airport store because I had to hold it while getting my wallet out of my diaper bag. Which brings me to my other reason for only giving it 3 stars. I found the hook for the lap belt very difficult to latch one handed while trying to stabilize the suitcase at the same time. I think I am going to return it for a different product that is more like a folding chair to see if that is easier to use when I am not traveling with someone to help me. However, my biggest hesitation of that other one over Lugabug is that it is not as compact, but we shall see if that price is worth the benefit.

This is our second one. We originally ordered one for our 2 year old, but it worked so well, we ordered another one for our 4 year old (shes still within the recommended weight). We get so many comments when we travel on how genius they are. It is SO much better than having to disassemble our stroller to get it through security, re-assemble and then gate check. Would highly recommend!

We bought this before our family trip with our 2 year old granddaughter. We loved it and so did our granddaughter. We were able to quickly get through the airport with her rising on the carry on. We went through customs and the journey home was a breeze! Perfect way to travel with little ones!!!

Loved the idea and really wanted it to work, but did not work as expected. Perhaps it had to do with our suitcase type, but not as secure and sturdy as I had expected for the price point. Perhaps I would give v2 another go.
