I usually do no leave reviews, however, I read through the reviews prior to purchasing the LugABug seat and had mixed feelings about getting one, but I did anyway. I am so glad that I did. This product is AMAZING! If you have a toddler, this works extremely well. I frequently fly alone with my 2 year old and I hate to carry extra stuff (strollers, car seats, carriers, etc.). My daughter loved getting in it and it made getting around through the airports a breeze. I was even able to enjoy a cup of coffee at the same time as pulling her along with my luggage. My daughter also took a 1.5 nap in (in the leaned back position with my luggage handle resting on my knee). I always carry on luggage and I had to gate check my bag- I was rushed and didnt get a chance to put the seat inside my bag before they took it. When I got to my destination it was gone and I was super upset. Pretty sure someone unclipped it from my bag, but airline refused to do anything about it. Make sure you take time to put inside your bag. I just ordered another one because I dont want to travel without one. Cant say enough good things about this product. Also, since I fly standby I spend a lot of time in the airport, received numerous inquiries about the lugabug from parents carrying kids about my daughters age. And my daughter is about 32 lbs and 35 for reference and it was clipped to a travelpro carry on.

I used the travel seat initially on my carry-on, and it shifted all over the place. My child was 23lbs at the time, which was equivalent to my packed carry-on did not stay upright on its own. I recommend placing it on your checked bag, and add a (separate) bag strap to hold it in place. I did not remove the seat when I checked the bag, just it zipped up; it was untouched and not damaged when I arrived at my destination. I would recommend it for anyone traveling with a toddler.

Loved my lugabug! The only thing is that you make sure you have a good quality suitcase. I bought a last minute cheap suitcase and the wheels did not work well when my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter was sitting in it.

I purchased and used this for a 2 week trip to Europe with my 4 ½ year old. I was an absolute dream! My daughter no longer uses a stroller, but get restless in long lines and struggles with those mad dashes to catch a train or connecting flight. I looked at the cool ride-along suitcases for kids. But they just added another piece of luggage with little storage. This device was not only much cheaper than those suitcases, it was more practical for us. I was skeptical, so I ordered it early enough to try at home. I highly recommend this so you really have a chance to get it adjusted to fit your kids well. We were able to pack just 1 large suitcase with our items combined. The device fit easily in the front pocket when we werent using it. It was an absolute dream, and eliminated so much travel stress. Durable, comfortable and worth every penny. 100% satisfied!

Loved the idea and really wanted it to work, but did not work as expected. Perhaps it had to do with our suitcase type, but not as secure and sturdy as I had expected for the price point. Perhaps I would give v2 another go.

Traveling by myself with my 1 year old made it so easy. I didn’t have to worry about how to carry all of my stuff and manage a stroller as well. Just plopped my son on my suit case and he loved the ride

Do not buy! Waste of money. It slides left and right on the luggage & topples over when child is seated.

Our little LOVED IT! So easy to use that we were able to burn off some energy before our flight, and when he got tired, load him in. Will never need to travel with a stroller again. THANK YOU!!!!!

Definitely worth it if youre traveling with little ones worked perfectly

This seat is fantastic! We just got back from a two-week long trip to Ireland with our almost two year-old boy. We had long layovers and we spent most of that time wheeling him around the airport. We didnt bring a stroller and the lugabug helped him enjoy the sights without being held or having to walk everywhere. Plus, you get lots of attention from other passengers...they loved seeing him on this fun seat. I used it to store our iPad and a few diapers while we were on the plane. It was easy to stick in the pocket of our plane seat and just grab when we needed to change him. It looks like it can also be used as a tiny, flat backpack. I cant say enough good things about this product! There was a handwritten thank-you note from the company when we received it in the mail. I anticipate using this product for a few more years.
