Great piece of luggage. Lightweight and roomy. Easy to maneuver w/the 360 wheels. Would definitely purchase another.

There was nothing I disliked about the product. Took it to a third world country and rode some local airlines. The luggage came out unscathed. I really like the metal corner protectors, TSA approved digital lock and the sturdy compartment separators. Thinking of replacing my other luggage pieces with this brand.

The customer service was quite impressive by Coolife. They immediately contacted me and offered to replace my suitcases since one of the wheels came off. However I was not in the US and won’t be for a while so they offered to give me a full refund ! Which I accepted.

It was pretty much everything I was asking for.

The suitcase was delivered quickly and arrived in good condition. After examination of the suitcase, everything looks great. The wheels roll very smoothly and the hinges Cindy be very strong and sturdy. I will update my review after my first trip with hopes that it survives without any damage.

Box was fine. Corner was dented. Very cheap thin material.

Great luggage. Not only is it beautiful (people have actually complimented me on it), but it has held up well after 3 long International trips. This is my second order of the 28 inch. Decided to travel with two 28 inch suitcases on long trips instead of one large and one medium.

Love the new suitcase. Will travel this weekend with it and it is so nice I ordered the luggage cover to protect it from scratches and dirt. The aluminum is light weight and the 20’ carryon is very spacious. Excited to use it!

If I could give this more than five stars I would! I just got back from a domestic trip where this bag was handled eight times by baggage handlers and two luggage carousels and it came through great! One of the reinforced corners had some scuff marks but no real damage. My only con is that it weighed a little more empty (and more packed) than I would have liked but I could live with that because I wanted the protection. (I had ordered another brand in a 24 inch bag that was returned because it was too flimsy.) I packed items for four days, and all the stuff that women normally pack, plus a flight suit and jungle boots - it all fit and stayed in their packed places. I absolutely loved the luggage lock (not those flimsy zippers) and the TSA lock was easy to operate and reset to my numbers. I followed the advise of another reviewer and added luggage straps which worked great. And the spinner wheels! Oh, my, SO much easier to maneuver through the airport, elevators, and to/from the rental car! The price of this piece of luggage was more than I had originally paid for the returned luggage and a bit more than I wanted to pay but it was so worth the price because of all the things mentioned above. I may purchase to other two sizes in the future. Thank you Coolife for a great product!
