> 3 dayI used Delsey before this and it was fine but I liked the idea of the aluminum frame and no zippers plus the price for the 28 inch was great so I bought it and OMG! Did not expect to fall in love with/ a freaking suitcase but I did! Lightweight, looks gorgeous and stands out on the baggage carousel and designed really well. Perfect. Plus no zippers makes is super easy to close.

> 3 dayFor the price, you can’t beat it. It’s fairly durable and lasted at least a dozen or so flights with me, but as expected it cracked at the corners like others have had. In short you get what you pay for.

04-06-2025I ordered two of these suitcases for a vacation trip to Europe and two smaller companion carry-on cases. The design, look, weight, etc. of the suitcases were excellent. However, on this first trip one of the spinner wheels on one large suitcase just cracked in half and fell off making that one loaded suitcase (but not overloaded - stayed well within the airlines 50 pound checked suitcase limit) very difficult to transport (pull and push) through the very long airport, baggage retrieval, parking and check-in areas. I will try to get a new suitcase or have the dealer fix this one somehow.

> 3 dayThe aluminum frame and latches remind me of and old briefcase locking mechanism. The hinges seem to be sturdy and operated smoothly without binding up. I will gladly give up zipper close cases that expand for the stability of the aluminum frame. I have only used the case on one domestic flight but I have two weeks of international travel coming up. I plan to update the durability after I return. If this travels 15K miles and six segments and survives, I plan to purchase the remaining pieces in the set.
