It is just what I was looking for.

I ordered this for my 88 year old dad and he likes it a lot. The light was bright and the magnification was great. My 88 year old mom liked it so much I ordered a second one for her. I just ordered a third one to give to my daughter for reading tiny print she has trouble with in a craft she does.

Really like this magnifying glass. Fits comfortably in my hand and provides just the right amount of light. If you do order, make sure you have two AA batteries on hand as no batteries are provided with the unit. Thats the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars.

Typical of most handheld glasses, magnification only works if the glass is within 5 to 6 inches of the object. Blurs after that. The 12 LEDs put out too much light for looking directly at some objects. But it does what its supposed to do.

Quality and large (about 8 or 9 inches long with about 5 inch wide lens. Great magnification power. Quality device.

This is the best magnifying glass and the light is so bright I actually used it for a flashlight to help my husband find something he had dropped on the floor. I have an eye disease and reading is extremely difficult. I also am working in genealogy and print is very small and faded, and in some cases of cursive writing from 1700 very hard to distinguish each letter. The magnifying glass with it’s very bright light has made it easier to decipher what I am reading.
