I used a gallon and a half of this product to stabilize material I bought to make a 93x99 quilt as you go quilt. I did alot of ruler work on this project and had no pleating on the back, where you cant see it until its too late.

I love Best Press. If you are a sewer & especially a quilter, you will love it. For quilting, it makes the fabric crisp so it makes it much easier to rotary cut your fabric. Its great when you are sewing fabric on the bias, it keeps it from stretching when you are sewing it. Its great when you are trying to get your seams crisp but not stiff. Its not like starch, it doesnt make the fabric stiff & there is no flaking like starch sometimes can do. The different scents are nice, not to fragrant. They do have unscented if youd like. I wont sew without it

I love this product, however the gallon bottle arrived damaged. It leaked through both packing boxes. There was at least one cup of the product gone when I received the package. More leaked out overnight and I had to find a new container to put the rest in. I can’t return the bottle at this point and have no way to recoup my losses.

It works perfect and makes it much easier to get the perfect sized finished blocks. The only draw back is the secent. I am hyper-sensitive to anything with perfumes. The secent is very light, but I can still smell it. Dont know if there is any way to perduce without a sent, but would love it if they would. My kids love the smell. I kind of do too, but unfortunatly I do have a mild reaction to it. I still use it but make sure I have a fan going.

This is the best pressing agent for quilting. I find ordering the gallon size is the best option, saves me money and I always have a supply on hand. Its use is a priority in preparing fabrics prior to cutting and stitching. Best Press does not flake or gum up my iron surface.

I originally wanted the Fresh Linen, but as the scent free was cheaper, I opted for that. And I already had some of the scented, so I am mixing it ... working fine.

The Best Press woks perfectly for treating fabric to give it body to make it easier to handle while sewing. It was recommended to me by my sewing club members.
