21-11-2024Just completed my first trip with this bag. Had plenty of room for a weekend trip; 4 days three nights, plus my lap top. Multiple pockets makes is very easy to stay organized and a breeze going through security. Very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayBag will be perfect. Big enough for what we planned, 2 heavier coats and 2 pair of hiking boots to take the weight out of out suitcases. Seems very well made and heavy duty. I thought it would be more like a suitcase, as I saw in the video, but the zippered compartment is smaller than I expected, but there are 2, so it works.

> 3 dayUsed backpack for travel, seemed like a perfect solution. Very lightweight, but sturdy, by itself. Recently used it as a carry on, with a laptop, on a recent trip overseas. However, with a days worth of clothing, carry-on stuff, and a full size laptop, it was too heavy to wear as a backpack and it didnt lend itself to being carried by the handle, since it was longer than a typical backpack. Im 5 9 tall, so carrying by the handle should not have been an issue; this ended up being a real challenge. It needed wheels. Overall, I like the backpack and it holds a lot of items and clothing. Lots and lots of zippered pockets. Not weatherproof for camping or hiking.

Greater than one weekI’m over paying $100+ for a decent backpack. Found this one and decided to give it a try. It’s better than any other backpack for travel I’ve owned. My goals are durable and functional with great volume. This one is perfect. This thing holds A LOT. The zippers are sturdy. The material is durable. And for under $45 I can hardly believe I found this gem.

> 3 dayI was hoping this bag would be a gamechanger for airline travel, but it is not. The main concern: when you pack it, it is no longer carry-on size, defeating the purpose. It’s doable but challenging to pack this so that it is carry-on size. The shell of the bag is soft, not hard, so if you pack basically anything into it it expands. The main compartment is smaller than expected and seems to provide less room than the standard backpack oddly enough. The zipper-all-around design is helpful, but for only 4 or so inches of depth it’s overkill. The shoe compartment takes up nearly the entire main space, so you can really only pick one. I found the front pockets (two small and one large) useless as if you put anything non-flat in there, it sticks out considerably again making the bag larger than advertised. I was surprised that the laptop compartment doesn’t have much padding on the bottom, so if you set the bag down you must be careful so as to not strike the device. The water bottle holder is tiny, hardly fits a standard bottle. The zippers make a very annoying clinking sound when you walk - I wish they had been coated in plastic to muffle this. There should be a chest clip. Sad that I’m beyond the return window - I won’t be using this much.

> 3 dayThe size of the backpack is fine. The straps are reasonably comfortable. But the functionality of the pockets is disappointing. The original trip I bought it for was cancelled and by the time I got to actually try and use it it is now too late to return. The exterior pocket for a water bottle is so small only an actual 16.9 oz plastic bottle with flexibility will fit. It is too short and too narrow to fit a metal reusable bottle. The vertical zipper compartments on the front are small and don’t extend very far. Not really useable for much. The front exterior pocket that goes side to side has almost no give and again super hard to use since I can’t even get my hand in it when the bag has contents. The larger compartment with organizers has a half zip open. But the design is also poor. The zipper doesn’t allow you to open the compartment enough to actually see the zipper mesh pocket or other compartments so those organizers are useless. I like the fabric and the feel of the zippers. But the poor design and functionality means I’ll be donating this bag since I can’t return it. Really annoyed.

Greater than one weekI like the size of the backpack - it fits my Matterport building scanner and some additional items (laptop, tablet, drawing pads, etc.) for when I fly back and forth in a single day to scan a building. Feels sturdy, looks great.
