> 3 dayI was hoping this bag would be a gamechanger for airline travel, but it is not. The main concern: when you pack it, it is no longer carry-on size, defeating the purpose. It’s doable but challenging to pack this so that it is carry-on size. The shell of the bag is soft, not hard, so if you pack basically anything into it it expands. The main compartment is smaller than expected and seems to provide less room than the standard backpack oddly enough. The zipper-all-around design is helpful, but for only 4 or so inches of depth it’s overkill. The shoe compartment takes up nearly the entire main space, so you can really only pick one. I found the front pockets (two small and one large) useless as if you put anything non-flat in there, it sticks out considerably again making the bag larger than advertised. I was surprised that the laptop compartment doesn’t have much padding on the bottom, so if you set the bag down you must be careful so as to not strike the device. The water bottle holder is tiny, hardly fits a standard bottle. The zippers make a very annoying clinking sound when you walk - I wish they had been coated in plastic to muffle this. There should be a chest clip. Sad that I’m beyond the return window - I won’t be using this much.

> 3 dayMy review just covers receiving the item on time and how it looks: good materials and well manufactured. It maximizes the use of every corner and area for storage use. It’s also very well padded for comfortable carrying. I haven’t taken it for a road trip yet which will be the best test

Greater than one weekUsed backpack for travel, seemed like a perfect solution. Very lightweight, but sturdy, by itself. Recently used it as a carry on, with a laptop, on a recent trip overseas. However, with a days worth of clothing, carry-on stuff, and a full size laptop, it was too heavy to wear as a backpack and it didnt lend itself to being carried by the handle, since it was longer than a typical backpack. Im 5 9 tall, so carrying by the handle should not have been an issue; this ended up being a real challenge. It needed wheels. Overall, I like the backpack and it holds a lot of items and clothing. Lots and lots of zippered pockets. Not weatherproof for camping or hiking.

> 3 dayThe only thing I didnt love about this bag was that there is no chest buckle or hip strap. This made it uncomfortable to carry through the airport while also wheeling other luggage. I realize that a hip strap is a lot to ask of a backpack this size, but I think a chest strap would make a big difference and other models by this company have one. However you can fit a lot of stuff into it (which makes it heavy, which is why you need a chest buckle) and it does fit under an airplane seat.

> 3 dayIve tried many travel backpacks. None are perfect. This one is no exception. Pros * Relative value for money * Flexible compartments * Main compartment opens fully * Decent size Cons * No sternum strap * Horrible (afterthought) water bottle holder * Almost no structure (will not stand up on its own) * No name zippers * Unpadded laptop sleeve There you have it. Short on money..., not a bad choice. Have a few more bucks, Tomtoc is a better choice in affordable travel backpacks.

> 3 dayI was excited to use this backpack for a 6-day trip. I loved the number of zippers and compartments it has. Big bonus points for two small zippers on the front that stored my passport, headphones, and gum pack. I had easy access to those items at any time. Huge bonus points for the shoe pouch that protected my clothes from potential dirty shoes. The only thing that prevented a 5-star review was the lack of ability to compact, or slim down, the backpack. It does not have an expandable zipper or clips to make it slimmer. Once I unpacked I used it daily to carry laptop, iPad, headphones, and documents.I found it a bit too bulky for everyday use. I still recommend it!

> 3 dayNice travel bag with lots of space. I can use packing cubes for even more added space. The size works perfectly for carry on criteria on most airlines. It is about 2” too tall to qualify as a personal item, you may slide by if it is not packed completely full and you compress the bag. Just know that, most personal item max allowed height is 18”, this is a 20” height. If it is measured, you may have check it or use it as your carry on vs a personal item if you risk it

04-06-2025I bought it while traveling long distance. It fit perfectly as hand bag on airplanes. Fourier more this bag has more compartment to put other items as well.
