I love all the of the pockets! This bag is perfect for those long weekends when you want to fly somewhere new. It also has the option of plugging in an external charger with a POCKET for it! There is a POCKET for your laptop, POCKET for anti-theft! The best feature that I enjoy is the POCKET for a shoe compartment. I can take my running shoes with me no matter what now! Finally, I really enjoy how the entire bag opens up so you can pack it like a suitcase. It also has a strap if you wish to connect it to your rolling bag instead of wearing it. This is my go-to bag for airline travel from now on.

This backpack is now my go to for airplane and car trips. It can be put in overhead bins for airtravel so you dont have to check it in. It has lots of compartments to organize my clothes, computer, books, etc. So far it has held up and seems like a quality product. The only downside is that is does get heavy if you carry it for very long when it is crammed full.

This is a great carry-on travel backpack for one-bag travel. There are countless exterior and interior pockets to organize my travel items for easy access during the journey. The main interior pocket will fit many large items. There is even a dedicated shoe bag to separate shoes or other items from clothing although that will eat into your cargo space. I especially love the separate padded laptop pocket. I have do 2 nits though: 1) it does not have any compression straps on the inside or outside. Therefore, if the bag is not full, items may shift around inside the bag. However, since I use packing cubes and usually pack to the limit, its not a deal-breaker for me. 2) There is no extra panel to zip up the backpack straps to prevent them from catching on seats. Once again, this is also not a deal-breaker. This is my 4th Matein bag and I am overall very satisfied with the price/quality of this bag. It is 1/3 the price of my beloved eBags Mother Lode and has many of the bells and whistles. Great deal!

I hate that airlines nickel and dime you for everything nowadays, but this bag is fantastic!! It counts as your personal item (Ive used it on Spirit no problem) and fits under the seat in front of you, so no more fighting for space in the overhead bins. I could not believe how much I could fit in this bag!!! I used it for a week long trip to disney world and was able to fit a 25L day pack hiking backpack, 5 long sleeve sun protective shirts, 7 pairs of underwear, 3 bras, 2 pairs of cargo capris, 7 pairs of socks, pajamas, a swim suit, a pair of high top sneakers, flip flops, a sun hat, a sun parasol, sun screen, a box of 40 face masks, a liter water bottle, 30 individual sleeves of Gatorade powder, a back up battery pack, shampoo and conditioner bars, my kindle, and probably even more stuff that I am forgetting now. It is comfortable to wear on your back even when completely filled to the brim. I also used this bag for a weekend road trip to a wedding and was able to fit everything for the whole weekend with room to spare. If you use this on just one flight, it pays for itself. The only thing I would change is adding a chest strap, other than that its the perfect bag.

Used backpack for travel, seemed like a perfect solution. Very lightweight, but sturdy, by itself. Recently used it as a carry on, with a laptop, on a recent trip overseas. However, with a days worth of clothing, carry-on stuff, and a full size laptop, it was too heavy to wear as a backpack and it didnt lend itself to being carried by the handle, since it was longer than a typical backpack. Im 5 9 tall, so carrying by the handle should not have been an issue; this ended up being a real challenge. It needed wheels. Overall, I like the backpack and it holds a lot of items and clothing. Lots and lots of zippered pockets. Not weatherproof for camping or hiking.

I just made an international trip with this and it does hold a lot. Especially if you use vacuum packs to compress your clothing. There are so many pockets I didn’t even use the little ones and often couldn’t remember which pocket held what. The real issue is that out of five flights, there was only one flight where this thing actually fit under the seat. And that was only because I was in the middle section where there were only 3 under seat compartments for 4 seats and nobody was sitting next to me so I got extra space. For the other four flights, this thing fully stuck out so far that I could either straddle it, put my feet under it, or put my feet on top of it. This gets really old when you’re on a 14 hour flight. Again, it does hold a lot. But also be prepared that the usb charging feature may not be as handy as you’d think since the airlines require you to remove all power banks from smart bags. So you can buy the power bank separately and think you’re good to go but then you’ll be digging down into the pouch to remove the power bank before you’re allowed to board so it’s not a feature that’s really worth much. I’m not sorry I got it but I really had no idea how it wouldn’t fit under the seat.

I travel 48 out of 52 weeks of the year and was looking for an inexpensive backpack that would be up for my travel challenges! Here it is! It’s perfect for my everyday tosses and bumps and being shoved into overhead bins on a plane. Fits nicely under the seat in front of me as long as I don’t pack it too full. :)
