> 3 dayI was so excited to buy my first TravelPro, but now that Ive used my new suitcase for only about 7 weeks, I noticed this damage. Do I travel a lot? Yes. Its my job. Do I mistreat my luggage? No, I dont.

> 3 dayAs a 30 year airline Captain I have seen my share of bags. I have had a few Travelpros. A two week cruise vacation required something bigger than my 22” work rollaboard. Also required to be lightweight due to the new weight limits imposed. This trip required different airline and connecting going to Europe so I needed the bag to be light. I could have gone with some cheap thing from the discount department stores for about $60 but I have seen my fair share of those broken and passengers dealing with it. I was going on vacation and didn’t need that. Sometimes it just pays to get something better. I also opted for the rollaboard because I am so used to transporting a bag that way. On two wheels. If you try that with a spinner the wheels have too much stress as they are. It designed to be on two wheels and snap off the spinner bags unless you keep all four wheels on the ground. I’ve seen many wheels on the airport floor. This bag turned out to be exactly as needed. Just an overgrown version of my work bag in a lighter weight. It actually is lighter than my 22”. Sturdy enough for several trips. Not worrying about it breaking mid trip well worth the extra cost knowing Travelpro quality. Will it break? Sure at some point but I’ll get my use out of it. Not worrying that it broke open on the first flight of a two week vacation is worth the extra. Handled curbs and steps just like my work bag. Overall very pleased for its purpose.

> 3 dayThis is the perfect size carryon for all carriers, international and domestic. With the help of packing cubes, my husband was able to pack for a week in Mexico in just this carryon. He didnt even need to use the expansion. Made customs a breeze. Sturdy and easy to maneuver. Very lightweight.

> 3 dayI had to return this beautiful suitcase, because I did not notice that it did not have spinner wheels. I am leaving on a month long trip and really need the added maneuverable wheels. My mistake, I ordered this one by mistake and ordered the 21 inch with the spinner wheels which I love!

17-11-2024Extremely poor warranty coverage from TravelPro. Dont believe their support site, they dont have replacement parts Unfortunately, we do not have the parts requested in stock and they tell you to take it to an authorized repair center where The authorized repair centers evaluate the bag to determine the warranty coverage Surprise, surprise, the repair center says its not covered and you have to pay for the repair. Got the exact same email on two different TravelPro luggage defects in the last 8 months. Its not worth it, get a better brand, TravelPro doesnt stand behind these products. Theyve become a mass market brand, where sales volume is more important than customer satisfaction.

> 3 dayThis is the best carry on I think I have ever purchased. I got this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it. The light green color is really unique and the quality is out of this world. The wheels roll so smooth it’s effortless. The checkered pattern on the inside is sharp and the multitude of compartments is very versatile. I’m probably going to end up getting one for myself now.
