Purchased this bag and used it on three one-way trips before the handle failed -- it will no longer extend despite no visible damage. The handle failed before 120 days of use, which is within the warranty period where Travelpro publishes that they will pick up the bag, then repair or replace it. After nearly a month of conversing with their customer service, they refuse to honor the warranty. The respresentative has said that I can take or ship it to a shop that is a cost-prohibitive distance away. Although I live in a fairly large city near the geographic center of the country, they do not have any authorized repair centers nearby (check their published map to see that many states do not have repair centers). Although I really liked the bag initially, I am disappointed that it failed prematurely and that Travelpro will not honor their warranty.

Once again TravelPro has impressed me. The crew 11 series definitely punches at a weight-class far above its price point. I would expect to pay two or three times as much for this carryon for the level of quality I received. The great quality of materials used is also immediately evident as the bag just feels sturdy. I would highly recommend this model over the 21 with 4 rollers as this model feels more stable and can carry extra bags on itself without flinching. The extra inch of space is far more than youd expect and has actually been a life saver for me.

Ive had this suitcase for less than 2 years. I arrived at my destination yesterday and the roller handle would not retract. It was fine at the airport but between the car and my room, something inside the button operated, plastic mechanism broke. Im stuck with the handle extended and no way to check it on the way home. For the price of this bag, it is reasonable to expect more than 20 months of service, many of which were spent quietly stored. Airlines are not gentle but if Travel Pro didnt build it to withstand a little of that, why pay their price?

I just wanted to leave a photo of the Azure Blue since its a slightly darker blue than the listing makes it look. I prefer how it actually looks over the photo in the listing.

I didnt read the description closely enough..the wheels are only on one side..so it has to be pulled. I ordered it thinking it was a spinner. Unfortunately for me, it was a rushed trip and I couldnt send it back.

This is an excellent carry-on bag. Its lightweight and made to last. Ive put many, many miles on this bag and its proven its worth. I was replacing carry-on bags every few months, because so many of them just cant withstand the rigors of frequent travel, but Ive had this one for over a year and its still going strong. Its well worth the money.

I typically travel with carry-on only and skip the checked bag. I wanted a carry-on that was as big as I could get away with and this is it. I love my spinner bag but those extra wheels take up too much interior room so while its great rolling around the airport with, the loss of packing space made me check on my other options. This thing is amazing. I just packed 4 swimsuits, 4 cover-ups, 4 shorts, 7 tops, underwear, jammies, water shoes, sandals, a foldable soft side cooler and a slim water chair, 20 oz insulated mug, curling iron and a few other misc items. It zipped smoothly and theres no strain on the zippers. As for durability and rollability at the airport, if I have issues, Ill report back. FYI - I paid full price for this and its worth every penny :)
