Maxlite 5 Softside Expandable Upright 2 Wheel Luggage, Lightweight Suitcase, Men and Women, Black, Carry-On 22-Inch

After reading about all the great reviews I was looking forward to replacing my 20 year old TravelPro suitcase with this new model. The first thing that strikes you when you pull it out of the box is the overwhelming chemical smell. Since I didnt want my house to smell like this I opened the bag and left it out in the sun to air out. Long story short, the smell wont go away. Im not willing to put my clothes in this bag and have smell...returned for a refund!

This luggage held up very well. Im very pleased. Plenty of compartment space. I even had room for two pair of shoes and my comfy slippers. I recommend Travelpro. If I need to replace another piece of luggage Ill certainly buy another from Travelpro.

Very lightweight. I was looking for something super light as I don’t want to carry something heavy for a trip to Europe. Really want just a carry on and maybe a backpack. I am looking to keep weight down and a small bag for getting up narrow steps/streets and this fits all

Very light and well made. Should serve us well on our trip to Europe.

There was nothing wrong with this suitcase itself, but just under a year after I bought it, the handle to pull it along on its wheels would not retract back into the base. In the end, I had no choice but to break the handle off.

Wheels dont swivel

Hauled my stuff to Vietnam and back without any issues. Outer two pockets come in handy for storing paperwork: visa, flight info, hotel info.

I cant believe this is Travelpro. Looks like its counterfeit of original brand or the the quality of this brand is terrible. After I put 25 lbs and tried to weight my bag the handle broke and fell apart from the bag. It didnt survive even half of the max weight. Im shocked, its total waste of money

This carry on is wonderful for travel. Carry-on suitcases that have the 4 spinner wheels have a much smaller interior compartment because the wheels are over 2 inches of the overall height. This carry-on has 2 wheels that are slightly recessed so the interior compartment is much larger and it still meets the airline requirements for size. This carry-on is well made and the exterior pockets are very large. It is lightweight and sturdy.
