> 24 hourI ordered this meter because of the great reviews, good price and advertised wide frequency coverage. But clearly the advertised frequency coverage is very misleading. It does not even come close to being accurate on the 220Mhz ham radio band, the wattage and swr readings are way off. It claims coverage of 125 - 525Mhz, thats simply not true! The only reading that was accurate on the 220Mhz FM band was the transmit frequency read out, thats all. I will say that it was spot on in the 144 - 148Mhz and 440 - 450Mhz FM ham radio bands. It worked great on those bands but this meter does not serve my needs because I needed a meter that has coverage on the 220Mhz band, this one wont do it! I would have given it 5 stars but only gave it 2 stars because of the bogus, misleading frequency coverage. I will likely be returning it for a refund.

> 24 hourEasy to hook up and use. Came with a plate to provide a ground plane for handhelds and a battery charge cord. Make sure the adapters you need are right before ordering!

> 24 hourWorks good for GMRS frequencies. Had a brand new 450-470MHz antenna that was registering at 9 vswr, trimmed it down just right with the help of this tool to around 1.06 vswr. Glad it came with UHF SO-259 adapters.

> 24 hourPoor quality connections; pins inside the female connection broke off making the meter unusable. I will attempt reaching out to the MFG for warrenty claim. (Not holding my breath) F/up: crickets from mfg. Glad I did not hold my breath.

> 24 hourSwr reads way too high. A stock antenna for a GMRS certified radio measuring swr in the 7s?. I dont think so.

> 24 hourI put this on my Hytera MD-782G, which is a 400 MHz radio, with high power, the meter reported 7 watts, and the frequency to be 221 mhz. Both readings were way off. I switched antennas, and got the same readings. Im going to try to return it. I just wish I didnt wait so long to try it out. The design looks nice, but it has to work better to be a good meter. Right now it is useless to me.
