I have to confess, I have been a user of Monster cables for both analogue and digital applications - but thats my own money to fritter away. I used these cables on a job for a client, and they had all the things I like about more expensive cables while being realistically priced. They even come packaged in a standard-sized cardboard box that not only stacks better than a bulky blister pack, but is also recyclable.

I ordered these cables in different lengths. While the cables are pretty good the plugs are much too tight. I plugged the fifteen foot cable into an s-video to RCA adapter & when I tried to remove the plug from the adapter, although trying to remove it carefully, I still managed to destroy the RCA female end of the adapter. I was fortunate that I didnt try to plug the cables into any one of my devices! Needless to say I returned all the cable lengths I ordered.

I needed a replacement subwoofer cable as I was getting some nasty hum from the sub. The old cable was a M*NSTR and it was 10-15 years old. In some of the other reviews for this particular cable people kept talking about how hard it was to connect to their receiver or to the sub itself. Well I had no such problems. Mediabridge is for real! it arrived well packaged; I took it out of the box and it made an easy snug connection between the receiver and subwoofer and of course the hum is gone. I had previously purchased some 3.5mm stereo connects from Mediabridge and I was impressed with the heft/strength of the cables and the fit and polish of the connectors so to me this was a no brainer. I am a believer in Mediabridge products! They work!
