the zipper broke in the airport

We were please with the luggage. Used it on our trip 2 weeks ago and had plenty of room. Not that thrilled about the zipper part that opens where the handles go up & down if you put anything in there it will get torn up or either wrinkled very badly. Space that can be used can’t be used.

I really love the size, the design of the inside and the wheels are awesome

The only thing that I can say about this luggage is that the color is a bit off. The color is a bit more purple than blue, but it definitely is easy to find on the luggage carousel. It seems sturdy so far and stood up really well after its first maiden voyage. It was really easy to steer. I LOVE that they use a different zipper pull for the expansion part and the zipper part. It makes it much easier to close when you are using the right zipper! the handle height is nice. The handle does feel a bit chintzy, but it locks in place and operates smoothly. I would recommend this luggage.

I bought the red one. I have used the carry-on size at least 10 times and the large size at least 5 times and it has been great. The luggage was easy to maneuver in the airport and is very durable. I also like that I can put my clothes in a separate compartment, zip it up, and put my shoes and toiletries on the other. The only complaint I have is the baby pink (with white polka dot)interior. It was sort of embarrassing when they opened the carry on during a security check . . . . .

Really great color, really lightweight. The interior lining is nice with extras. The casters are well placed and weighted, rolling each one is very easy. The smell was so strong it took several days to air it out and not smell the chemicals. My son loves to roll them and his hands smelled like the suitcases, really gross. I threw some essential oils on a cotton ball in each of the suitcases.

After looking at quite a few different luggage pieces this size we kept coming back to this one. It worked great! The color was bright and easy to maneuver. My 9 year old was even able to pull/push it without any issue. Didnt crack or break going through the checked bag system used at multiple airports. Very glad we chose this.

I read reviews on luggage for DAYS bc for every great review of a set, I would read a terrible one. So I was absolutely terrified that I would be the one whose luggage cracked in half on the first leg of a ling tour.

I really like this luggage set. Normally when you get new luggage, they get scratched up very easily. Not these ones. I dont have a scratch after the very first flight. Whereas other bags I flown with always get some scratches after the first flight. The locks are easy to use. They roll very easy and smoothly. They are spacious in size. The inner part has a small but long pouch to put liquids. I thought this was interesting design, but I use it more to store other small items.

I was super excited for this luggage! Its beautiful, lightweight and easy to manuever. On the first trip the main handle on the biggest bag broke right off in my hand! I bought in July but havent used or got out of storage until we took our trip at the end of January! Would like seller to contact me about replacing that piece. Need to reinforce these handles!
