Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Charcoal, Checked-Large 28-Inch

Bought luggage months ahead of my trip and I was on my way to the airport and noticed the luggage cracked on bottom leaving the wheel shaking. I’m not pleased and upset and want a refund/replacement.

The handle broke the first time we used it. Scuffs easily, I dont recommend these

I love this set. The color is the same as advertised. Which is my favorite shade of blue. They move easily and seem to be holding up well. I hope they last because I am extremely happy with this set.

The suitcases seem like theyre decent but have a horrible smell. Got them 2 days before a trip, tried airing them out to use them, ended up having to use an older suitcase cause they still had an odor. Was worried about the smell transferring to my clothes, left them open to air out while I was gone & after about 5 days they still smell. Also tried spraying with 2 different odor eliminating sprays, still smells. Will be returning.

**Update: we’ve had this luggage 5 full years and travel ALOT for work. It’s still in great shape! The wheels work great and you can pack them full no problem! We use the smallest one for carry-on and the little zip up flap inside, to hold the clothes in when you zip it up, has come apart from the zipper. We have a very small crack in the outside plastic of the very largest bag due to the airlines handling the bags( however, we rarely use this bag as it’s so big it’s hard to fill it up and keep it under 50lbs. The two smaller bags we use most often) I feel like for luggage, this is great use. I’m looking at buying more to replace some of our other brands that are not holding up. **

I bought this and as the use of this kind of product is not often. But in 2nd use only it is broken near wheel. I am trying to reach customer care but no use. I would say this is not worth for the price. It is better put little more money and get quality product.

I wish I could give 5 stars ⭐️ but the luggage is purple not blue. I bought it for my son and now he doesn’t want it because it’s a “girl color”. It’s no where near the blue that’s in the picture. Other wise the luggage is ok.

One of the wheels fell off the very first time we used that largest one. A little disappointing, but I still love them.

After one flight from USA to Europe, the largest suitcase wheels are not working properly. It is hard to navigate and the suitcase shell has a crack near the handle. Very disappointed in this product.
