Color was misidentified as “Champagne”. In person was an ugly peach color. Promptly returned.

I recently purchased this item for a family vacation. Admittedly, I waited until the last moment to order this one after looking at options for a couple of weeks. It arrived the night before our 8a flight. When we finally were packed and ready to zip it up the morning of, the zipper broke at the seam. Imagine the panic and frustration. We tried to see if we could fix it but the seam kept splitting apart. While the suitcase was full, it certainly wasn’t overflowing. Packing for 2 adults, and a 5 year old - it definitely wasn’t stuffed. So essentially if I am unable to get a refund (we literally just returned home about an hour ago so haven’t put in the request), I just threw my money in a black hole. I chose this suitcase for the appearance, but I was most attracted to the price. Lesson learned.

When the luggage arrived, I thought it seems very flimsy but it seems like its going to be durable. We havent used it on an airline yet but have used it in the car. It rolls nice and with the 4 wheels, doesnt tip over like our older luggage did. Its also very light weight. Like the other reviews, the pink lining isnt the best thing but as I told my husband, who is going to see it but us? The inside is made so that it holds your clothes flat and they dont wrinkle.

This suitcase is HUGE, but is light and easy to move through the airport. It does not seem super sturdy or durable at first, but It kept all of my items inside protected while moving cross country. Not one thing was damaged or broken. Be careful not to stuff it too full as you can easily go over the luggage weight limit. This is the best oversized suitcase out there for the price. Highly recommend.

Came with a bunch of scuff marks and scratches all over it like it was pre-owned. Not happy about that

Got this as a gift for my hubby and he loved it. the colors stood out when getting the luggage during travel. Easy to roll and easy to use. Would definitely buy this again

Disappointed. Wheel got broken during my first trip!
