Used for a plane ride and cruise. Came home with a corner piece missing on the front. By the time I came home the time frame to return it had passed so aim stuck with a broken new suitcase

The luggages were as described. Gave them a 4 stars for now. Will be travelling in Sept and they will be put to the test. If they perform well with no problems then I will change it to 5 stars.

I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but i love the color and handling of the wheels as they turn where i need themvto turn!

The product arrived before the scheduled date which was great. We will be taking them on a trip soon and will update my review after to see how the product held up. But the product arrived in great condition with no defects noticed as of yet. All zippers work and wheels are fully functional. The company seems very customer service oriented and willing to handle any difficulties that may arise. Will update as time passes with product.

Honestly can’t go wrong no damage on my first trip even kept my stuff dry when the whole plane had their luggage stuck outside in the rain for an hour my friends stuff was soaked the only negative is it doesn’t expand

After one trip my luggage is damaged.

Had an issue with my luggage on a trip, but Merax customer service took care of me. Will buy from them again.

Suitcase was a very nice color, roomy and light weight. I only used it once for my trip to St. Lucia. Rolled fine from the car to the airport then from airport to the room with out any problems. However, upon unpacking I noticed the wheel chamber was cracked. Most importantly it held up on the flight back and rolled well until I got back home. Disappointed that it was not a durable piece. Suitcases are supposed to be made for travel. But I see theyre not all created equal. Will continue to use until the wheel literally falls off. But I will not take it on a long trip.
