Lightweight had a few spots that didnt catch the color so there white but not enuff to notice. Will be using them in August.

Beautiful color luggage, but not sturdy! Very thin and flexible material. Not ideal to hold delicate or fragile items. If you dont overpack or are a light vacation packer, this will be ideal for you. Lightweight.

I really liked how light weight it was. Its not super fancy with lots of pockets, but it fit my needs.

I am totally taken on how beautiful this luggage is!! I got the 28” and talk about having a lot of space!!! Love everything about this product and how well made it is!! You’ll notice on how the handles are! Very sturdy and fits nicely in your hand. The locking of the zipper handles is very awesome! Very easy to put in place and the lock is very strong. Wheels are very mobile and great on quick turns. I’m excited to use this luggage on my upcoming trip. The shell is totally phenomenal! I know this luggage will last a very long time and no need to worry about traveling abuse on this luggage, I know it will do great!

As a carry on this gets the job done but there is not extension to get more space, this luggage is def for the light packer. Zipper popped on me upon first zipping lol but I was able to fix. Other than that my biggest beef is the wheels are a bit janky which I didn’t realize was so frustrating till I was about to hurl it across the airport. 6/10

Edit: The company reimbursed me for the whole set after finding out that 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged in flight after checking them on one flight. Just bought 4 sets of this luggage for my family and just used it ONE TIME, today, and this is what I picked up at baggage claim. NOT happy!!!! I would not recommend using this luggage if youre flying anywhere. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Used for a plane ride and cruise. Came home with a corner piece missing on the front. By the time I came home the time frame to return it had passed so aim stuck with a broken new suitcase

When I had a small issue arise with my middle suitcase, I alerted the company directly over the Amazon Messaging system. In my first use with the 24 suitcase ONLY, the internal zipper broke and was not repairable. My larger suitcase and my carryon, conversely, worked perfectly. When I made the company aware of the issue with the 24 suitcase, I sent photos via Amazon Photos with the company directly (using the album sharing feature on Amazon Photos) for proof of the defective issue. Within days of seeing the photos, they confirmed that they sent what I thought would be the only item (the 24 suitcase, since the other two worked exactly as expected) as a new replacement. When the item arrived, the box appeared bigger than just the 24 inch middle sized suitcase. When I unwrapped it, I was surprised and delighted to find that they sent me an ENTIRE REPLACEMENT SET! Wow! I was amazed to see such an extra mile effort, as I only expected one suitcase as a replacement item. Merax definitely stood behind the promise of replacement and then some! I was thrilled to have more luggage without need of a return nor any return shipping. Nothing at all out of pocket and three new pieces to go with my remaining two suitcases! I gifted the defective item to Goodwill and was happy to write them about their amazing customer service moment. I would definitely highly recommend Merax Luggage to anyone. It is very refreshing to find a company with a brand promise like this when a customer raises an issue! Well done to the entire team at Merax. NOTE: I have since referred this company to others who have themselves also ordered their own set of three Merax luggage and none of their items had any defective zippers or issues whatsoever. Great team, great brand promise and great product line!
