Its light weight. The wheels move smoothly. When it was delivered there was a dent in one side. We went on a family vacation and it held up well. I recommend buying this luggage set if you are in need. And I absolutely love the color; green.

Its very large and can hold plenty of items. I love mine. Purchased for my 5 day trip. But can hold way more.

Just got them today will use for a 10 work trip Sunday. I’ll be traveling 10 days and home for 3 all over the United States. Hopefully they last.

I needed to pick up a 24 inch spinner hard side suitcase and found one from Merax that was at a good price and superior construction and performance. Very pleased by this purchase and I would buy another bag from them

When I had a small issue arise with my middle suitcase, I alerted the company directly over the Amazon Messaging system. In my first use with the 24 suitcase ONLY, the internal zipper broke and was not repairable. My larger suitcase and my carryon, conversely, worked perfectly. When I made the company aware of the issue with the 24 suitcase, I sent photos via Amazon Photos with the company directly (using the album sharing feature on Amazon Photos) for proof of the defective issue. Within days of seeing the photos, they confirmed that they sent what I thought would be the only item (the 24 suitcase, since the other two worked exactly as expected) as a new replacement. When the item arrived, the box appeared bigger than just the 24 inch middle sized suitcase. When I unwrapped it, I was surprised and delighted to find that they sent me an ENTIRE REPLACEMENT SET! Wow! I was amazed to see such an extra mile effort, as I only expected one suitcase as a replacement item. Merax definitely stood behind the promise of replacement and then some! I was thrilled to have more luggage without need of a return nor any return shipping. Nothing at all out of pocket and three new pieces to go with my remaining two suitcases! I gifted the defective item to Goodwill and was happy to write them about their amazing customer service moment. I would definitely highly recommend Merax Luggage to anyone. It is very refreshing to find a company with a brand promise like this when a customer raises an issue! Well done to the entire team at Merax. NOTE: I have since referred this company to others who have themselves also ordered their own set of three Merax luggage and none of their items had any defective zippers or issues whatsoever. Great team, great brand promise and great product line!

Excellent stuff! Took the bags on a trip up to Alaska. The smallest unit can be a carry-on or checked. It fit in the overhead bins fine, even on a regional commuter jet. Well designed and tough for today’s airline baggage apes.

Beautiful color luggage, but not sturdy! Very thin and flexible material. Not ideal to hold delicate or fragile items. If you dont overpack or are a light vacation packer, this will be ideal for you. Lightweight.

For the price ,you got your monies worth. Although there are pros and cons. Pros: wheels are great and easy to maneuver around. I like that your able to store on both sides and your able to seal one side off so things stay in place and organized. When I travel I always take a few pairs of shoes for every occasion and this is as able to not only hold them but all my clothes for two weeks. Cons: not to sturdy it’s kinda flimsy. In the title description it says hard shell but it’s not that hard. My case is already dinged up along with scratches just from the plane ride.if it was a hard shell it wouldn’t have dents already. I guess the question is would I refer it to a friend?? Yes I would!!!

I really liked how light weight it was. Its not super fancy with lots of pockets, but it fit my needs.
