Mic fits snugly in this. I may lightly bend center tine for a better fit, but overall exactly what I expected and of good quality.

Center clip broke the first day. Mic hangs there but not right. Falls off when I hit a bump.

Although the screws that are included are wood screws, you should be able to find some ones that fit your holes on whateveritis that you are mounting it on...or you can always steal them from another part of your CB casing by taking one from here...and one from there...Great! Great replacement for a factory mic holder. Works perfectly for my Kenwood TM-V71a.

Clip is nice but the screws were way to big to fit into my CB, had to get smaller skinnier screws
