> 24 hourMy TAZ 5 came with a .35 mm nozzle and it generally worked okay. I have had a number of clogs with it and it takes about a day to clean with acetone. So, I was anxious to try this larger nozzle. It seems like the later TAZs have been shipping with a .5 nozzle. At the very least, I figured that this nozzle could be a spare to use if my .35 clogged. But, once I installed this nozzle, I have left it in. No clogs so far. I havent noticed any print degradation.

> 24 hourThese work well, but are really expensive. I got them so I wouldnt have to deal with z-axis offsets since Lulzbots bed leveling process is not at all friendly when it comes to different size nozzles. Filament flow is good and the overall quality is solid, but at this price point I would not want to buy these more than a couple times a year.

> 24 hourNozzle was easy to install, and fits a lulzbot mini just fine. It held up to carbon fiber filament, but glass filled nylon filament completely destroyed it in less than 1 spool.

> 24 hourIve been using these for over a year now and its a fine product. Ive had no jams, clogs or other nozzle related problems since and it still looks like it just came out of the box. The plating doesnt oxidize so it doesnt mess with the ohmic height sensing (obviously you need to wipe off any excess non-conductive material between prints). I usually print with PLA because its biodegradable and for the most part it does what I want. I also use abrasive carbon fiber, metallic and high temperature filaments from time to time. Ive yet to see the slightest indication any degradation. The price is reasonable, installation is easy so its pretty much a no-brainer upgrade for your Lulzbot.

> 24 hourI upgraded my Lulzbot Taz 6 with a hardened steel nozzle after my stock one had gotten worn out. I had some problems with layer adhesion and prints sticking to the bed. So I tried this nozzle out. It fit perfectly, the flow was fantastic and the layer adhesion problems I was having were fixed. One very minor critique with the nozzle was that I was unable to fit any sockets I had over the nozzle to torque it down to factory settings. Had to use an 8mm wrench and snug it down instead. Havent had any leaks or issues with it, but it was a little unnerving knowing if I tweaked it a little too hard I could ruin my hotend... but thats also why lulzbot doesnt recommend swapping the nozzle.
