> 3 dayThe nickel plating for some reason makes cleaning the nozzle significantly easier. I dont like the price of these, but the slight time savings and increased ease (at least in terms of visibility) has made it worth it to change all three of my printers over to this nozzle.

Greater than one weekI upgraded my Lulzbot Taz 6 with a hardened steel nozzle after my stock one had gotten worn out. I had some problems with layer adhesion and prints sticking to the bed. So I tried this nozzle out. It fit perfectly, the flow was fantastic and the layer adhesion problems I was having were fixed. One very minor critique with the nozzle was that I was unable to fit any sockets I had over the nozzle to torque it down to factory settings. Had to use an 8mm wrench and snug it down instead. Havent had any leaks or issues with it, but it was a little unnerving knowing if I tweaked it a little too hard I could ruin my hotend... but thats also why lulzbot doesnt recommend swapping the nozzle.

Greater than one weekI have a Lulzbot TAZ 4 and this was a great nozzle replacement. Prints a lot faster than the 0.35 I had on there!

Greater than one weekMy TAZ 5 had a clogged hotend that I could not clear so I cleared it by removing the nozzle tip and pushing up through the hotend in reverse. Removing the nozzle from the hotend is not recommended because it is made of copper and because of its size it is easily sheared off if over tightened. I learned that from LulzBot after I already sheared the nozzle when I reattached it and called them for advice on repairs. Unfortunately, they do not sell replacement nozzles or make repairs, they suggested I replace the whole hotend, only problem was that replacement hotends are way on back-order and cannot be preordered without a Purchase Order! So I turned to Amazon and found this replacement nozzle and I figured I would give it a try. I had to take everything apart to figure out a way to get the sheared off piece of the old nozzle out of the hotend then replace it with the new nozzle. Luckily, I was able to get it out. I only snugged the new nozzle in place (after learning my lesson when I tried to reattach the original nozzle) and reassembled everything. This new nozzle works like a charm. Without it I would still be out of business!

> 3 dayIve been using these for over a year now and its a fine product. Ive had no jams, clogs or other nozzle related problems since and it still looks like it just came out of the box. The plating doesnt oxidize so it doesnt mess with the ohmic height sensing (obviously you need to wipe off any excess non-conductive material between prints). I usually print with PLA because its biodegradable and for the most part it does what I want. I also use abrasive carbon fiber, metallic and high temperature filaments from time to time. Ive yet to see the slightest indication any degradation. The price is reasonable, installation is easy so its pretty much a no-brainer upgrade for your Lulzbot.
