This is an scam, this product has very bad quality, its seem not to be original due to the quality of the box and the quality of the device itself.

I bought it to just use a regular laptop and I love it

This laptop is unbelievably light and small. I was surprised at how small when I unboxed it, you read 12.4 and you think its gonna be little but its really little. This is a completely new entry into the Microsoft Surface line of PC tablets, laptops, and desktops (Surface Studio). Its essentially just a smaller version of the Surface Laptop 3, it has the same ports as that computer (1 USB A 3.0, 1 USB C 3.1 gen 1, and 1 Surface Connect port for charging), The USB C port can also be used for charging with your own USB C Power Delivery wall charger. I would recommend using a 30 watt or higher and 45 watt would be best. The included power adapter charges via the Surface Connect port and is 39 watts.

Had to return it, didnt work out of the box. Never got past setup. Made a pop noise and shut down, tried for an hour to get it to work. Still waiting for the refund so I can purchase a different product.

Its a great item with a grate value for money

Frankly speaking I didnt have a high expectation on this 12 inch surface go. In my previous experiences, surface especially surface go are equipped with lower end of CPUs and only worked as a windows iPad, or should I say windows pad.

A bit small at first sight for a working man. Set was easy and my Husband was more than pleased with the keyboard. The processor is fast and saves him time and frustration. I may get one too.

I love the size and color options. Touch screen works perfect and I love the look
