Came exactly as illustrated

The electrodes work fine was missing one from the package by the time it arrived. The flip top had been broken off and most of the electrodes were rolling around in the box that also contained other items

Works great for my Miller syncrowave

Great product and works better then advertised. Comparable to higher end electrodes but a lot cheaper in price. Will purchase again
