These are great TIG electrodes. They performed as expected and are very durable. I have been pretty rough on them and they are taking it and being reground well.

The actual tungsten works just as well as the more expensive brands sold in welding stores. However the purple paint on the back ends melts down and interferes with your welding unless you scrape it or sand it off ahead of time. Obnoxious but all in all still satisfied with my purchase.

Tungsten case came broken with the electrodes scattered around the Amazon package. Some are bent. Not sure if it was a shipping problem or manufacturing problem. Assuming manufacturing costs must be saved by spending less on the case, hopefully the tungstens weld well enough to justify the problem.
