> 3 dayI am a teacher and need battery operated LED lights for my classroom. These are perfect. Multiple colors available. The remote control is a bonus! Price is right too.

> 3 dayI really loved these lights when I first got them. However, they stopped working and only flash/shine on red green or yellow, they no longer do blues or purples or any other color. They also only have one brightness level, which is very dim.

Greater than one weekThese lights don’t work! When we travel, I always bring a strand of fairy lights to decorate our hotel room. We are currently in Vegas and I brought this strand with us. I used these for the very first time and they did not work. They operate with two buttons - one to change the color, the other to change the mode. Simple, right? But right from the start, neither one worked. Pressing mode would change color or would not respond at all, pressing color would change mode then it would be impossible to get back to the color you wanted. There is no rhyme or reason to how the buttons work. After attempting to use them a couple times they settled on red, super fast flashing and no button pushing will change it - they are stuck on that exclusively. I took the brand new batteries out and changed them but that did no good; they are stuck on seizure inducing, uber fast red flashing and will not change. Ended up throwing them out.

> 3 dayI bought these for my daughters room, and they are really pretty. However, within a week the purple stopped working and so did most of the blues. When purple or any other non working color is selected the lights automatically shut off. This is especially annoying because my daughter loves the twinkle feature... but it shuts off as soon as it hits a broken color. Update: Company was super responsive and took care of the issue, my little girl is tickled with the new working lights.

> 3 daySix of eight light sets stopped functioning, only run at high speed flicker until batteries die. Can’t turn them off, can’t change the color, don’t even respond to physical buttons on control pack. Looked great when they worked, too bad it didn’t last.

> 3 dayThese lights were delivered 12/31, I put them up 1/1, it is now 1/13 and the lights wouldnt stay on. Id turn them on and within 1 minute theyd shut off. It was driving me nuts, so I came to check reviews. MANY people were complaining about battery life, so I decided to change mine -- surely that wasnt it, since they are soo new and I barely turn them on. Yep!! That was the issue. They have been on for 5 minutes now without shutting off. So, these completely suck the life out of batteries, VERY quickly, and even with minimal use. Moral of this review : if youre going to purchase these, make sure to add a ton of AA batteries to your cart as well, as this takes 3 at a time!!!

> 3 dayMy only negative comment so far (since i have not used them much yet) is the remote control. all of the function buttons are on a dark grey background with black lettering. I need to shine a bright flashlight on them just to be able to read it. the company may want to look into changing that.
