Its really handy. I know the temperature is accurate. Im not sure about the humidity. I have nothing to calibrate it with.

i bought this for my humidor and LOVE it! The hygrometer that came with my humidor just never kept a good reading. This one is perfect and the numbers are big and easy to read.

I use this primarily for the humidity sensor, and keep it next to my small animal cages. Our house tends to be dry, and this lets me know if I need to raise the humidity in the room. Breathing on the sensor shows an increase in humidity relatively quickly, and the steady state humidity reading matches well with another sensor we have in the house. Recommended!

Actually the differences in each device in only 1-2 %(+or -) . Ive placed several of these around the house and used then to correct the reading on my analog hygrometers. I think this is a great product to have in the house especially during winter months when humidity values in the house can get to 20% and lower. I try to keep the humidity at 40%. Helps sinuses and one feels warmer at lower temperatures. I use a steam vaporizer. During cold weather I can put 2 gallon of moisture in the air especially if the outside temperatures are below 30 degrees.

I have a cabinet with plants that do best in warmer temps with humidity. Id just been assuming theyre okay, but a couple of the plants were looking a little crispy so I decided I ought to get a hygrometer. There are a ton of options and when I came across this one, I thought it was perfect: simple, easy to read and small. It was working out of the box and I chucked it into the cabinet and turned on the humidifer. The humidity matched what the humidifer said and the temperature was on point. Very happy with this!

Perfect. Easy to use. Nothing to do but place it into the incubator from package. The last one lasted almost 2 years. Great price. No frills.

Bought 1 initially for use in a cigar tupperdor using 69% humidity bovida packs. It measured 63% humidity and stayed that way. It didn’t seem right to me so I bought a 2nd one of the same hygrometer and this one is reading 68% so I believe the 2nd one is accurate +/- 1. I’d recommend going with a different brand as you shouldn’t have to by multiple to get and accurate reading.
