> 3 dayExcellent product. I work for the post office so I keep 2 liters of pocari sweat (an ion supply water type of drink) in the bladder. The drink stays reasonably chilled until the end of my route, about 8-9 hours. Dont expect it to stay ice cold for more than 3-4 hours though. In the pouch I also keep extra work gloves, 3849 slips, and change of address forms, as well as an assortment of pens. The pockets near the waste are good for phones, but my s8+ doesnt fit, for size reference. But I keep batteries and headphones in those pockets no problem.

> 3 dayPerfect pack at a great price. Super happy with it. It hurts your fingers a little trying to get the tube tight at the bottom but I used a towel to do it and there were absolutely no leaks. Both the bladder and front compartments are roomy and I was able to pack quite a few things. Side pockets perfectly fit my iPhone 6 and a Cliff bar. Nothing much bigger would fit in those. Water stayed really cold for a long time, at least 6 hours. Overall great pack, love the color and comfy fit :)

Greater than one weekI plan to use this going out with my 8 year old son. I like the hands free, dont have to carry a purse or extra water. Going to the river, park, zoo.

> 3 dayOne year later update - This thing does not hold up well to outdoor training. Granted I put in a lot of miles and put it through a few races, but it is falling apart pretty much all over. Also, the material that touches your skin is pretty rough, so make sure you dont wear a tank top where it has a contact point. Overall Im pretty happy with this hydration pack. Ive used about four or five different ones and Im pretty rough on them. This particular one made it through the London Marathon and a few local half marathons, but the bladder inside of it has already burst. Weight-wise its great, storage-wise even better. The compartment that stores the water doesnt honestly do much to maintain a cooler temp, but it being in a different zipper area helps keep things dry. That said, dont run with this and have it rub against your bare skin. You will definitely chafe like a mofo, but thats been the case for every pack Ive used.

> 3 dayI would say that the back pack is good but the blatter and the hose are not good because it is hard to get the water out so I had to buy another blatter and hose to have a great backpack.
