I bought this backpack for a trip to Zion National Park. It was the perfect size to hold essentials and was very convenient for staying hydrated on day-hikes. The straps on the outside are perfect for holding bulkier or dirty items like water shoes or a rolled up beach towel. Highly recommend this product!

I bought this as a gift for my son and received it promptly. He had trouble getting water to flow initially and we contacted customer service. He tried the recommendation and unfortunately this did not work. My son was then transferred out of state and the product was packed up for several months. I contacted Rachel in customer service when he unpacked the backpack and was ready to use it again and explained his situation. She said she wanted to make sure the product worked and sent out a new bladder. He received it quickly, tried it out right away and loves it. Thank you for a great product and great caring customer service.

I purchased this awhile ago and use it everytime I’ve gone hiking. It’s great, keeps water cold and has enough room for snacks, keys, wallet, phone and extra water bottle if you want. The waist strap is great! My only complaints are that when it arrived it didn’t have the “bladder pack” and when I reached out to customer service they said I had to order one and when the bladder pack got to me it was great until the bite valve came off and now it can leak. So I need to replace the blade pack :( But overall, I really like it.

It fits comfortably, doesnt leak and I can throw in an ice pack and keep my water cold while keeping snacks quickly accessible in the waist strap pockets ...what more could you ask?

Very good sized day pack but the taste of the bladder and tubing is unbearable. It is awful and cannot possibly be healthy - BPE free or not. Am keeping the pack because the cooler part will be handy for water bottles (glass or steel) and snacks. If not for that, I would return it. Really, really bad taste. Ugh. So disappointing.
