Well I’m always one to be prepared I decided to pick up the Mission Darkness Non-Window Faraday Bag Not just for a laptop but also our spare MBL phone. With this bag you will have all around protection from any hackers and from a EMP. It blocks all wireless singles and will prevent anything that is in side from getting fried. Pros of this bag 1. Protection of you electronic devices from hackers and from damaging singles 2. Nice and big 18” x 14.5” 3. The fabric is thick and feels strong 4. No one can track what ever you have inside 5. Water resistant Cons about this bag 1. Should have small pocket on the inside for credit cards and or passports Over all this signal stitched bag is worth its weight in gold. If it can stop any type of intruder from getting your information. Then in today’s world everyone would benefit from this bag. I tested it with mutable MBL devices. I pit them in the bag and fold it twice like it states in the directions. All reception internet and Bluetooth went dark nothing went threw the bag. In my tests, this bag stopped WiFi, cellular, and Bluetooth signals to my cellphone, even when the bag was touching the router.

Easy to carry. I just didn’t like the Velcro part.

We actually got this as a project for one of my daughter’s classes. We wanted to test ways to block signals and WiFi strength and while my originally we were going to build a Faraday box, this bag seemed to be the easily solution to run our tests on without spending a ton of time on prepping. Soon as it arrived we began out tests and theories. I was super impressed with the size. Not only is there enough space for my laptop, but I tossed the phones and various other items in with room to spare. The material feels durable. I will admit, being my first time with such a bag, I was not sure what kind of material to really expect. It has a nice exterior and is professional looking. I could envision this being used in any professional forensic setting. We ran an assortment of various tests with the bag, laptop, phones and routers and the bag did exactly as intended and blocked signal in all the settings. Although we do not expect to need to utilize the bag frequent and have since just added it to our emergency supplies, I am impressed with the craftsmanship and will consider this brand for future purchases of the like. My laptop is my primary work computer so I travel with it a lot. We work and live near Silicon Valley and had heard reports of cars being scanned and broken into because of the electronic signatures emitted by devices stored inside. I thought it was an urban legend until it happened to a family member where the thieves knew exactly which part of the car to target and went directly for the hidden electronic devices inside. My wife did a bunch of online research and came across this company. While not the cheapest, per the reviews, they offered the best quality and most reliable product available. We ordered the laptop bag and upon receipt, we immediately tested it. We placed our cell phones inside, closed the bag, and tried to call them from a landline. The bag completely blocked the signal and the phones never even picked up the incoming call. Since then, weve purchased a second laptop bag and keep one in each car at all times. It works great for storing laptops (weve stored 2 15 laptops at once!), ipads (great when you travel with kids), car key fobs, etc because of the large size. The black ballistic nylon material is nondescript and naturally camouflaging. Again, not the cheapest but because the data I store on my laptop is far more valuable to me than the hardware itself, its worth the expense to have peace of mind when I have to travel with my computer on the road. Plus its versatile enough for other uses when Im not working. Great product!

The bag blocks everything including GPS, wifi, Bluetooth, and all cell data. We can fit two lap tops, two phones, and an iPad with plenty of space to spare. The bag is high quality build and material. The bag folds over twice and prevents any signal from sneaking through. The metals used are silver, copper, and nickel primarily. Would highly recommend!!!
