Insane value. Quality edge finders, cheap. I use them in the shop and havent had an issue.

Perfect grind, absolute mechanical perfection. Instantly, repeatably, and very visibly gets you within a couple tenths (0,005mm) every time.

I got lucky and recived one with a burr. The matting surfaces are rough looking with visible scratches / tool marks. There is a burr that catches preventing the two matting pieces from sliding freely. It still works since it is rotating and the burr free side will eventuality give way when the edge is found, but it may not be the most accurate. Starrett has precission lapped surfaces that are smooth as glass and with a mirror like finish.

Only thing Id improve is finding a way to not break them because I went the wrong direction with the Mori. :-)

This is not a brand one, as expected for the price, works but i fell it would be better to invest in a better one

Dont buy cheap! Spend your money and get this. Also, buy two just incase.

great tool at a great price

This item works like it should Im not sure how long it will last. But as of now Im happy with it. Just wish I would have looked closer I need one that comes to a point

I bought 2 of these and they are both 0.01 off although it is very consistent. I had a cheap grizzly one that worked perfect until I dropped it.
