very well built heavy duty connectors. thick tangle resistant wires. using this to patch synth modules in rack to audio interface. yes they are more pricey than some others here... but you get what you pay for. these are road worthy, heavy studio use worthy.

I bought two of these in March. I use them ONCE A WEEK for about SIX HOURS max. About mid August, one stopped working. So I got approximately 100-120 hours of use--which isnt good. On the other hand, they LOOK nice.

These are great for my DJ rig.
