Good quality. Bought the carry on and the next size up. Carry on fits in the larger suitcase.

Covered in grease,, dirty used wheels and the inside zipper pull missing.. Looks like someone used it, returned it and Amazon sent it out to me. This us not the first product this has happened with and Im getting tired of it. I needed to use this suitcase soon and now looks like Ill just have to use my old tried and true. Furthermore, this item would never survive being checked with an airline, its so thin and cheap! Cant believe they are charging $70 for this cheap piece of plastic! Its going back

Horrible quality. Returned it twice and the same zipper was missing. Will go to the mall and purchase a replacement.

I was on a domestic flight and used my brand new 28 in American Tourister Moonlight - Leopard hard shell luggage for the very first time. Unfortunately, when I picked it up from baggage claim, the entire bottom was shattered with the wheel shafts hanging off, as if the bag had been dropped from a great height and landed on the wheels, destroying the entire wheel carriage and bottom of suitcase. It is utterly destroyed and will never be usable again, and since it was harmed during travel/flight, the damage falls OUTSIDE what the American Tourister warranty will cover (I have checked, as this is a new suitcase still under manufacture warranty that does not cover any damage ensued during travel). However, I have been given nothing but runaround in terms of submitting a claim to the airline as they demand that I present to the baggage/security area at the airport IN PERSON to file a claim and obtain a reference number. Due to travel logistics I was unable to do this en route, and thought I could process this request after the fact the next day. I am completely unable to drive my suitcase back to the airport which is a 2 hr round trip for me, park and wander through the building to find the right place to accomplish this, and find it insane that I must do this when I already have the purchase receipt for the newly purchased luggage, my flight info, and baggage claim number, and pictures showing all the damage. I have tried in vain to enter this into an online complaint as all routes take me to the page “you must physically present in person at the airport with your damaged luggage to obtain a 13-character reference number in order to submit a claim. I will NEVER PURCHASE THIS LUGGAGE AGAIN, and am very disgusted by the fact that the warranty my 3-piece set was registered for covers essentially nothing, aside from if something should spontaneously break when it is not being used in travel. Why else would I carry a suitcase, if not during travel??? Buyer be ware...

It fits a considerable amount of clothes and other items but what I didn’t enjoy was going over the door threshold in the airport and having the zipper give out and spill the contents of the largest suitcase all over the floor right before I’m supposed to check in. This was due to the flex in the suitcase. It needs a latching system for the large one or I recommend people buy the luggage belts and brace it once it’s packed.

Little hard to steer and only used once but has plenty of room and is lightweight. Managed to pack this suitcase for a 5 day trip.

Bought it for my sister and she loves it. Its her favorite color as well.
