I recently received my flash drives and put them to work right away. I made a recovery media for Windows 10 with room to spare when the update comes out this summer. I gave one to a friend who is now using it for her backup drive, there is plenty of room so she will use it a long time. I am not a techie so I need to have something simple, fast, and gets the job done without my limited input. I did check to see that there was no overheating and that the light was still on. That was all; no mess, no fuss, no work on my part and the three colors make it easy to remember whatshe what. Love these little guys. Will be ordering more.

2019-05-09 UPDATED. Upgrading from 1 to 3 bc of customer service. My testing shows that copying to these sticks and having the Mac enter sleep mode renders the sticks inoperable, and the Mac needs to be restarted. Note that I repeated the same behavior below with a second stick. 2/2 for sleep state resulting in death. +2 stars bc of customer service involvement and attention. Note that as of this update, I am now aware of any resolution nor cause for this behavior. For now, I would advise buyers looking for MacOS use to do so with caution. ORIGINAL: Finally had a reason to use these. and i started to copy over about 16 GB from a microUSB to this stick. Started it, and went to bed. Woke up to some error about a file in use. Could not get the stick to respond. Restarted computer and still could not stick to respond. Tried the mac and a windows computer. Windows yielded the NO MEDIA error. As best I can tell this implies that the hardware controller is no longer functioning. so 0 out of 1 for this set. I think this means I am hard pass on MOSDART. good luck, everybody.

This is the second time I have ordered this product. I was satisfied the first time and this time is absolutely no different. If you need a product that does the job for a great price this is one of the best. The shipping is so quick. You wont be disappointed!

Make no mistake, this is a very BAD off brand. I can deal with the painfully slow transfer rate for the price to give the drives away to friends with music and videos where I dont expect to get them back (uggghh they can go ahead and keep them) Do yourself a favor and look for a more well known brand. I bought 1 pack 5x64gb. after errors on 2 devices, I contacted Amazon and they gave me a full refund. I thought I would give them another chance and reordered the same 5 pack. More errors on 2 more so far and 2 that just wont read in any USB slot. (Since they let me keep the original 5 pack, it would have been cool to keep a couple extra devices, HA!! so far 5 have tested BAD, so much for a couple free devices!) I will request another refund if I dont get at least 5 working devices out of ten. This is unacceptable. If you value your data, dont trust these. I also bought (at the same time) 2 ten packs of 32gb (20 devices). So far 9 have tested ok with 11 more still to test.... but WHY? With the dreadfully painful slow read and write times, why even bother wasting time to test? Since taking up to 3 1/2 hours to test EACH device. Do your math, thats over 100 hours testing time on all 30 devices that I bought of this brand just to save a few dollars. Go with Sandisk or another well trusted brand. Still debating whether to just get full refunds for everything or cut my losses and just use them to giveaway, where I dont expect to get them back. Either way I learned a lesson, I wont ever buy an off brand SSD or USB stick device again.

These are great for storing pictures from vacations (I take alot of pictures). I label them and put them in a drawer for safe backup!

I purchased these back in March 2021. Its been nearly a year and so far no issues at all. I especially like the little pamphlet that came with it describing how to format the drive as Fat32 which I needed in order to be able to use these drives in my car.

i like the storage box - already used (3) for xls,x ...... doc,docx ...... & pdf file storage they work fast and no probs going from machine to machine ...... Im getting another box

I got the 32GB pack and only used two so far but theyre fast. Would recommend.

I just got these in today. Was very excited to use them. But when I am plugged them in. I found out that the storage space wasnt What was displayed when I bought her. Even though clearly on the flash drive it says 64GB. But when plugged into my laptop it only showed 58GB for all 5 flash drives. Very disappointing to me. The way I see if I paid for something I should get what I paid for nothing less. I may be returning these.

Chinese thumb drives are hit or miss. These Mosdart 16GB drives are better than others Ive tested that look the same. Ive done a capacity test using FakeFlashTest and a full read write test using H2testw on two of the 5 and they both passed. I also ran a CrystalDiskMark speed test and read speeds came in around 24 MB/sec which is respectable for a USB 2 drive. Write speeds were around 11-12 MB/sec which is also respectable given the price. Running ChipGenius these are supposedly made by Alcor Micro but show up as Generic and the actual flash is supposedly MLC by Toshiba. The VID is 058F and the PID is 6387. Interestingly these have a red LED inside but only a few of the colors let the LED shine through. The LED blinks when youre accessing the drive and is on steady when its recognized by your operating system. Bottom line: I wouldnt trust any important data to these. And, if youre in a hurry, opt for name brand USB 3 drives for only a few dollars more per drive. The trick with the big brands (especially Sandisk) is avoiding fake counterfits from China. At least with these youre not paying for a name brand and getting a generic Chinese drive anyway.
