Very high quality product, I ordered a different one first it was in a million pieces and didnt seem like they would hold up over the years. This one was pretty much ready to go. And is solid. Comes with a paper template which made install less than 10 minutes very easy than trying to hold up the bracket to mark/ drill. The amount of motion and position this has is great, can pull it far out from the wall or close to it, tilt it up and down and also the tilt from left to right worms close to the wall or if you need more can tilt while away from the wall. One mistake I did is didnt measure stud distance, thought I had 16 space but have 24. So when mounting I only have 2 bolts in the actual stud of the wall. I got them really tight and it is very secure even so, I could probably hang from it with the TV weight also so Im not worried. But the do say in the manual you can purchase a separate adaptor to fix this or also gives directions to DIY a wooded fix. I have this for a bedroom TV thats 50 and wanted something to tilt toward the bed but be able to move it back flat against the wall when not in use or sitting on the chair. Its almost 180 degree tilt forward the bed, just what I needed.

Took about 15 minutes to install. Easy directions, nice range of motion, hold well. Well constructed. Well worth the price.

I have vast experience in residential maintenance field. Dealt with numerous types of walls. This product covers all types of wall material. The installation instructions are easy to understand using easy verbiage and images. Packed in the product box is plastic marked bags containing all types of screws and hardware to attach this bracket. However there is one drawback as in my case. The center of my desired placement of the TV falls on a stud. My studs are 16 on center. Meaning the center of the bracket is screwed in the center stud. Leaving the ends of the bracket to be in between the next adjoining studs. In this case I purchased toggle straps to insert into the wall for the ends of the bracket. These wall anchors hold up to 70 Lbs. each. My TV weighs 30 lbs. The center of the bracket was screwed to the center stud using the lag bolts that are supplied. I paid under $10.00 for the toggle straps. Upon completion of the bracket placement I performed the recommended test to check for a secure install, using a 50 lb. weight.. It held up great. No worries. With the 2 other bracket attached to the back of the TV it was a matter of just hanging the TV onto the wall bracket. Then tightening 2 screws to secure the TV back brackets. With the TV fully extended it is a breeze adjusting the tilt and swivel of the TV. The swivel is adjustable without loosening screws, but the tilt must be secured with tightening four screws. Reason for 4 stars and not 5, is that the entire length of the wall bracket is 17. Not enough to reach the left and right studs when one stud is in the center of the placement. Im assuming that the length of the bracket is so that a smaller TV can be mounted without the bracket exposed. A suggestion to the manufacture. Make longer brackets or supply metal extensions, to reach the next wall studs, that can be attached to the wall bracket.

Just what we needed to put on the wall and hide the cords. Electricians actually installed this for us for free (just ask them) but we had another and its fairly easy to install. Rotates and comes out too. Just be aware if you you are worried about side profile it will stick out some and not be flat to the tv/wall. I didnt need to worry because as you can see in photo, nobody is going to see the side profile on mine so this was just what we needed.

This was delivered to me with the factory tape seals broken and taped with packing tape. When I opened it, I found it was missing the levels, the HDMI cable, and directions. It also did not come with the lag bolts. I was sent an obviously used unit. Returning it and having a new one sent. Other than that, it seems like a solid mount and if it had all the parts it says it did, you would have an easy to install mount. Update: I received the replacement from Amazon. This wall-mount is very well made. It feels precise with no play in the adjustments. It just moves when you want to. Very easy to get it just right. It is solid, well-built, and easy to get level. Additionally, it has the ability to adjust your TV to raise/lower one side up to 3 degree if you dont have it perfect on the wall.

Hung a 55 inch TV with this. Thing is beefy, no loose parts. When bolted into wall (with TV properly tightened down) moving the TV front - back - left or right is very smooth, no catching or weird spots felt. Held level from hanging on wall to TV hanging on mount, which impressed me. (Rather, I impressed myself.) The way I hung was with my own bubble level (throw theirs out) on the top edge of the paper mounting layout. This held true to the actual mount edge and made drilling the holes correctly an easy job. I didnt see this listed anywhere, but this mount comes with something like a 6-8ft. HDMI cord, which is fantastic! It isnt cheap feeling either, bound material outside of cord like cords youd pay big money for. I will also add thats its somewhat foolproof... I hung my mount upside down the first time and it will still operate the same as right side up, mirror image, only thing that wont work is the tilt down feature, since it would be tilting UP. I turned it around because of OCD but it wasnt neccessary since I still have the tilt set at 0°. I would absolutely recommended this mount.

I wish I would have purchased this 2 years ago. Very easy to understand instructions. The template and a level were included, that simplified this job, that I mistakenly thought would be troublesome. Once I found the studs to mount to, the entire task was less than an hour

So let me preface this with: A) I have technical know how B) thankfully I live right behind a hardware store C) Washers are cheap, cost me a $1.10 for 4 of them. WHICH I SHOULDNT HAVE HAD TO PURCHASE!!!! This is a 3 star review because if you are supplying a Mounting KIT, it SHOULD include all the hardware you need. Instead of having to go back out to a store and paying for ADDITIONAL HARDWARE to complete the job. While $1.10 isnt a lot I quite frankly feel like I shouldnt have had to do that when I purchased a kit. Now as you can see by the photo of the step 1 they include plenty of screws to find the correct fit for your tv; M4, M6, & M8. As you can also see in the photo they ONLY include washers for the M4 & M6 tv screws. Meaning if your tv takes the M8 screw then you are going to need to go to the hardware store to buy washers that fit. Because the ONLY M8 washers included are the 4 for the bolts to install the mount on the wall. So take one of those with you to make sure you get the right washers. Other than the fact that the Kit should INCLUDE ALL THE HARDWARE in it, everything else is working perfectly. Once we had ALL THE PARTS WE NEEDED it went up fast and easily. The instructions are easy to read and follow, so no issues there. I am looking forward to using the wall mount, but as someone who was frustrated by this I wanted to make sure others wouldnt have the same issue. Which could be FIXED if Dream Mount would INCLUDE 4 M8 washers in the bracket installation hardware.
