> 24 hourWere it not for meddling HOA members pulling wires out...I would not be having so much fun. Changed mount because AV company used cheap flat mount at HOA. This articulated arm makes fixing pulled wires easy. A special thank you goes out to People that act prior to thinking

> 24 hourWhile I expected it to come with all needed hardware for mounting, I was surprised to see the packaging. Each different type item was separated and identified ( a letter on the package, corresponding with a description in the instructions). It also came with a very nice template with adhesive strips on the back so it could be stuck to the wall while you drilled holes and a small plastic level with an adhesive strip to mount on the template. As you can see in the photo, this level wasnt very good; the magnetic level that came with it was though (theyre both shown resting on a 4 foot Craftsman level in the photo). I chose not to use the adhesive strips on the template and did not use the small plastic level on it. Instead I used a 4 foot level and the template to mark the top hole positions with an ice pick and then inserted small nails (push pins would be ideal) through the top hole marks on the template into the drywall over the studs to hold it while I marked the bottom hole positions. While Im not anticipating moving this, if I ever need to the template is very reusable this way. The last photo shows the mount installed on the wall with the included magnetic level resting on the top. This mount appears to be very well constructed and I have no doubt it will reliably hold the TV. I have actually had 3 different TVs mounted on it thus far, two 55 inch and now a 60 (yes, I know it says 26-55, but its 400x400mm and only weighs 43 lbs.) as I returned the first due to quality issues and the second failed after 2 weeks. One was 400x200, one 200x200 and the last is 400x400 VESA mounting. All were easily accommodated. I would recommend re-tightening the lag bolts after a month or so, but would do that with any mount. There is only one minor issue I have with this mount. The threaded holes for the safety screws to lock the TV in place seem to have a little more play than necessary. As stated, I have mounted 3 different TVs and this has not caused any problem so I will not deduct anything for this, its probably due to variations in screws they get from suppliers. I did need to loosen the nuts (they use lock nuts, so theyll stay) as I felt it put too much strain on the TV to swivel it, but this is easily handled (it does take an Allen wrench for the top of the bolts). To sum it up, Id recommend this mount to a friend or family member without hesitation.

> 24 hourI spent about six hours trying to install a different tv mount, before getting stuck because of the placement of my studs. I bought this mount because it has a different mounting plate, and it took maybe one hour to install. Not complicated, easy to follow instructions, even has trouble shooting tips. Highly recommend.

> 24 hoursame day delivery and simple install.. needed a 1/2” socket wrench to drive lag screws into woods frame.. good quality hardware.. worth mentioning the paper stencil is smaller than the actual product.. if spacing is tight, measure with mount to confirm more space is required before building additional support.. very happy overall

> 24 hourEverything about this product is great. Easy to install and all hardware included. The mount itself is very strong. I only used 2 bolts and I try to dangle from it and it can support my weight. I weigh about 160. If you position the TV fully left or right it will stick out about 10 inches from wall. With the Tv all the way forward and center is about 19.5 inches and with the TV all the way back center against way is about 4.5 inches. The mounting system will only fit 16 inches or 12 inches studs. Mine were 24 inches studs but I just used the two centers holes and it holds up my Samsung 40 TV good.

> 24 hourThis is the 4th wall mount Ive installed for personal use. Mounted a 65, 50 lb TV with this mount. Pic 1 shows the nice mounts for the back of the TV, 2 long vertical rails that hook on the wall mount, each has a long cap screw that screws up to lock it to the wall mount. The tilt feature is controlled by cap screws at the top of the mount and has a nice range of movement. Pic 2-3 show the top and bottom mount rails, the center hole is a perfect circle, it comes with 4 lag screws to mount it, I added a 5th starting with the center top for the correct height and center for the wall, which allowed me to easily level the mount and mark the four secure points. I left the 5th lag bolt in just for extra strength since I live in Earthquake area. Pic 4 shows how far the TV can pull away from the wall and be angled for viewing from other positions. The mounts moves easily and you can still feel how solid it is, extremely please with this mount and for the cost it is a solid value.

> 24 hourThis TV mount held strong with 205 MPH gusts for 6+ hours...what more can you ask for? We liked it before the Hurricane but this is a true testament to how durable it is!

> 24 hourPerfect fit for my 55 Samsung KS8000. The Samsungs bolt pattern is VESA 16x16, which is the limit on this TV mount. It fit perfectly. It just took me about 10 minutes to figure out which combination of spacers and washers to use beneath the TV and brackets. This kit comes with a neat template you can tape to your wall (comes with 3M strips) to help you drill out the hole pattern. It also includes two bubble levels. The smaller you stick on the template, the other is magnetic and helps you level the mount during and after installation (especially useful when youre making final adjustments). The tilting and rotating is great, but does require a bit of force to move the TV. I have to be careful when rotating, pushing and pulling my super-thin TV. But the mount is top-notch and is made from quality materials. You wont be dissapointed! Just make sure to first check your stud spacing. Mine were 16 apart, which is what this kit is designed for. If yours are spaced differently, you can get the adjustable version or buy the add-on bracket if youd like to offset the mount from your stud locations. I appreciate the bolt heads being hexagonal so you dont strip them with a screwdriver (use a socket wrench instead). Took me 40min total and I worked alone. Id recommend having a 2nd person to lift the TV up and onto the mount, and to hold the TV when you undo the nuts in the rear while making final leveling/rotating adjustments. Once you undo the nuts, gravity quickly takes over and its not easy to get it to stay in place while re-torquing the nuts.
