Given that articulating wall mounts usually cost hundreds of dollars, I was a bit skeptical when I bought this mount, but needed a low-cost solution. At $27 I figured it was at least worth a chance. After installing this monitor, all I can say is WOW. Ergotron, Premier, Chief and co. can eat their hearts out; this mount does everything I need it to and more. The hinge action seems a bit stiff out of the box, but as soon as a display is mounted the movements are smooth and adjustment is easy. Plenty of hardware for nearly every installation configuration is included. Whats more, the VESA mount pattern on the small square base fit my monitor without the need for the large front plate and vertical rods on either side. What this means is I effectively received TWO mounts: an articulating mount as well as a low-profile fixed mount. All for $27.

Comes with a cool mini level. I located the stud, pre-drilled some 1/8 holes using the bracket as a marker. Put a 13mm socket on my drill and fastened the bracket to the wall. #2 Phillips Screwdriver to mount the rails to the back of the TV, hang it on the mount, tighten the bracket screws up to the mount, BOOM, done. One man job for a 55 TV. Love this product.

This was a little difficult to install because despite what the instructions say, there are a few different types of screws that could attach the unit to the wall. Be extremely thorough in your research of what type of wall you have (sheetrock, metal, concrete). Even if you dont need it, use the extra screws to attach anyway. Also, the instructions say it but I want to re-enforce... DO THE WEIGHT TEST BEFORE ATTACHING THE TV. This is where youll see the extra time to attach the extra screws will help in the long run. If you could put some weight on it and hang, your TV will also be able to hang. Better to find out now than when you come home from work and your TV is on the ground...

The wall mount is very sturdy on the wall and provides full motion for to get the perfect look you want. My only gripe is the way that the tools are identified in the key and on the bag. Its mostly common sense but if someone isnt that great with tools (like myself) it would have been easier if they used more letters or numbers to identify the tool you need versus using the same letter just lower cased. As soon as I knew to pay more attention to the that it was very easy. Youll need a drill with certain drill bits, and a hand tool to tighten what the drill cant get in the stud. Looks really good and am very happy overall.

Superb product. Very easy getting the plate on the wall, as you only use one stud of the wall. I normally despise mounting TVs but this one was actually soothing. TV went in up record time.

I never was a fan of mounting my TV to the wall. But in my new place my master bedroom wasnt big enough to fit a TV on a stand. So I got this because of the reviews and the swivel options. It was super easy to install and knock on wood its still up there a month after putting it up. I would get this again for my other TVs if needed

arrived on time. I like the fact I can pull it away from the wall to attach additional cables.

We initially got this for our older 50 plasma, but shortly after it arrived we bought a 55 curved 4k tv and decided to use it for that. Mounting it on the wall was incredibly easy. The two bolts included for mounting on studs worked just as they should. Attaching the braces for the tv was a little bit more difficult as I dont think this was designed for a curved tv, but we were able to use the provided pieces to get a tight fit and secure it on the mount. Having it mounted on the wall gives us much more room than on an entertainment center and we can move the tv on the mount to get the best picture and lighting. The further out from the wall it is, or the more the bracket is extended to one side or the other, the more the tv tends to tilt, but there are adjustments on the bracket to fix that. Overall we have no complaints and would definitely buy it again.
