Easy to install these single stud mounts and provides a lot of flexibility with location. The dual tv brackets on the slide help with centering. However, its not all that strong. My 30lb TV is well supported but the pivoting arm sags under its weight. No way this would work for a heavy TV. And the amount of sag makes it difficult to get the tilt adjustment done as well as general fine tuning. It works though and seems stable once all adjustments are made. Its a good value but next time I will spend a little more for something stronger.

Great TV mount. This was my 2nd Mounting Dream mount, but different model. I did have some challenges with this one tho versus the other model. You really have to make sure you line up the bolts in the wall or your TV can be off center tilted. It has leveling bolts but the ones on the mount I received wouldnt budge...so no go. Otherwise that was truly my only issue. The best part of MD mounts is that they include everything you could possibly need...TV mount parts, wall mount parts, velcro straps for wires, HDMI cord. Plus these pieces are assembled and SOLID. Truly you cant find a better mount especially in this price range. I do love these mounts and just placed an order for a 3rd one.

I purchased four of these four my home and I have not been disappointed. Mounted one on my back patio so I can hang a TV for the ball games.

I prefer these types of mounts as they are even easy to install if you are by yourself. So many others require at least 2 people to hang the TV. One to hold it, one to secure it to the mount. With this, you put the mount on the wall, put the brackets on the TV while its still down, then walk up and lift the TV up and then bring it down until it catches the wall plate. I love that it only attaches in one place on the wall so you dont have to look for multiple studs, just one.

Fits up to a 55 inch tv, this is actually the second one I bought, I keep buying this one because you can mount it to a single support beam or 2 by 4. Was perfect for me because I turned my corner computer desk into a swivel mount TV stand with my monitor mounted to a swivel mount right below my tv and all I did was attach a 2 by 4 to it so I needed a swivel mount that attaches at a single point

Love this mount, and for the price.... lets face it, you will not find a better and more easy to use product. Mounted a 50 tv with ease, install took less than 5 minutes from box to tv functional!!!

Just installed it in a bedroom mounting a 40 LED that weighs about 23 lbs. From the initial looks of it, it seems durable, sturdy and heavy enough to hold even up to 50 lbs though only time can tell how well the quality of this Wall Mount is. The only reason why I didnt give this a 5-star rating is the instruction in mounting it to a dry wall via the wood stud. It instruct you to use a spanner or the more common name, an adjustable wrench. The problem in using this tool is that once you get the lag bolts into about 1/4 of an inch into the wall, the hinge bolt of the swivel gets in the way of your wrenchs calipers thus making turns quite difficult. I already used quite a small wrench (8-200mm) and it still gave me a tough time. Imagine using a bigger one. A perfect tool would have been a socket wrench which I dont have at least the size that fits. Without this problem, I could have installed the TV in less than 30 mins instead of the full hour and 20 mins that took me, spent mostly in turning the lag bolts painstakingly.
