So they were really really bulky and heavy.. I returned them the next day.. Moxi is the best brand I think. Men should buy these.. just too big and bulky for females..Just gonna get me them bunny beach ones light and not so big bulky..

I waited till they were $109 (same price as Moxi site), measured a ton of times to make sure I was getting the right size. Ive been wearing 8/8.5/9 in somethings and was concerned I would get the wrong size. I ultimately went with the size 8 and its a perfect fit! They are so cute and they even came a day early!

These Moxi were my first quads and even tho I’ve just used them a couple times I’m just in love. They’re beautiful and super high quality. Highly recommend it!

Wasnt impressed. These looked cute but they were uncomfortable and heavy/clunky feeling. I returned them and spent a bit more money for bont skates. If youre thinking about buying skates-Spend a few more dollars and get something thats better quality.

I have these and the Riedell orbits and these are way more comfy! Got so many compliments at the skate park too. Swapped the wheels and bearings for Bont light up and Reds. Love these❤️

I paid $109 same price on the Moxi website. They arrived as I requested. After I opened the box they did smell a little like cigarettes smoke. That smell went away. I measured both feet and it matched the size 8. I normally wear a womens 81/2 -9 and mens size 8. I ordered the 9 instead. They are just a teeny weeny too big but thicker socks took care of it. I have a wider foot. These are perfect not too snug but comfortable. Im using these for slow boogie skating outdoors. Thanks to the Moxi Skate Team for the Rainbow YouTube review and getting started skating videos. Its been a long time.

This is the second pair of “beginner” (aka; not $300 or more) skates I’ve purchased in an attempt to find the best fit, best price, and best options in skates that are under $125. That being said, the first pair of skates I ordered (Foxy skates) came in better packaging, and the packaging was in a separate box. These look like they had already been worn and returned before I received them. Not only that, but they were left on my porch in the snow, and without a shipping box to protect it, so the product packaging was further damaged as it got wet. Good thing these weren’t for a gift, or I’d be really disappointed! As for the fit, they are very stiff and supportive (which if you’re a beginner and just intend to cruise around is fine I guess) but they run very, very wide. If you have thicker feet or wide feet, these will fit comfortably. If you have narrow or thin feet, they will feel roomy, possibly more roomy than you might like. I’m going to have to return these, because they are just too wide, and no matter how much I pull to tighten the laces, I cannot get them tight enough to safely skate in. Moxi is a great brand for skates, and their more expensive ones are made in the USA, but the rainbow riders are made in China. I almost wish I had kept the first pair of Foxy skates I bought, because the boot fit me better. The things I like about the rainbow riders are that they still carry the Moxi brand name, they are definitely fun and playfully designed, the tongue is longer, so it doesn’t slip down under the laces (like the Foxy skates did) and the toe stop is adjustable (Foxy skates only came with a replaceable toe stop, it was not adjustable and I didn’t like how it was positioned). So, aside from the fact that Amazon did a poor job of shipping them, aside from the fact that they’re made in China, and aside from the fact that they’re way too wide for my feet, they’re a decent beginner skate. Although, after comparing them to the Foxy skates I previously ordered, I’d say the only differences you’re paying for are the adjustable vs replaceable toe stop, a longer tongue and the brand name.
