I needed technical assistance with password, to no avail. I went back in an set up my company again and created an invoice, but I could not save the invoice. I kept receiving an error message, which said Data Saving error. I tried Live Chat, but they only provide the service from 9-5. I truly regret having purchased this product. It was a wasted investment.

May be the best selling, but, NOT the best to use! Terrible, uninstalled and threw it in the trash.

This program sucks! I downloaded it and once I tried to open the programs... A message displayed stating that the IP address and email is no longer valid... I couldnt utilize the programs at all due to this

Good people to deal with when I had a problem with the program for it not having a install key they made good and refunded my money quickly I would recommend these people to do business with anytime and to anyone!

This new program was not easy to understand Previous program was much easier to use & understand Does not seem to have some properties the other program had

That I can do invoices for my business

I used the program for several years and liked it. Then I had to reformat my computer for some reason and could not load it with the new updates on Windows 10.

Works if want to use the product template. Does not modify for my use.

After working a few days getting the invoices to look how I wanted them to. its putting a comma between the state and zip code! That is so wrong.... I was disappointed it doesnt print my envelopes like my previous version did, now this. I cant sent out an invoice that looks like I dont know 3rd grade grammar. :( The part I did like about it was that you could save it as a PDF and my earlier version you could not. So fix the stupid comma issue and I would use this thing!! Could I be overlooking something int he program I could edit to take it out, maybe, but I have spent countless days on editing this to get it how I want it, its insanity I tell you! I paid $40 for mine. They are much cheaper now I see.
