> 3 dayPerfect. I liked using the little spreading tool it comes with which removes some of the guesswork around how much paste to put. Enough product for multiple uses.

Greater than one weekUsually its not a huge deal to most, but if you want to best in class when cost and performance are both important, this is my go to brand and has been for decades. I wouldnt recommend the dirt cheap stuff found on here as the cheap stuff can dry up within months and youll need to remove your cooling device (FAN or AIO) multiple times a year to make sure you have proper protection for your computer or graphics card.

> 3 dayGot a high end computer back from Best Buy Geek Squad saying they could not fix under warranty as the motherboard was fried. Computer would come on, overheat and shut down. Didnt think it was the motherboard, took off the heat sink/fan cleaned and reapplied this paste. BIOS msg the CPU Fan failure came on, then computer booted up and has been on overnight with no apparent problem. Turned off and booted back up. My $8 bet on this product paid off better than a paid protection plan. Thanks!

> 3 dayIts Arctic Silver. If youve used it, you know. If you havent, you should. Clean off that garbage these heatsink and AIO manufacturers put on their product, use this stuff and dont worry about your temps. Plenty of YouTube videos showing how to properly apply it.

> 3 dayWhile removing old laptop fan to replace it, I noticed that the old heat sink paste had deteriorated from years of use. Cleaned off the old paste with alcohol and then applied AS5. Amazing that a simple thing like this would stop my laptop fan from constantly racing and overheating.

> 3 dayAbsolutely Fantastic thermal paste, temperature went down about 5 degrees compared to the pre-applied thermal paste that AMD has.
