Great replacement for the underarm poker normally attached. If you live in an area with a lot of tall buildings, I dont recommend this. If you live in an area without tall buildings, it will save you from poking your underarm all day with a regular portable. Works on 700/800 bands and allows GPS reception as well. Getting one for the entire department.

So much better then the 14’ antenna that comes with it. I can actually walk under bridges now without getting hung up. Although, the original antenna was great if I needed to pole vault onto a skyscraper to save a demsel in distress...

Works as needed and have had no signal issues compared to my original, longer, antenna.

Excellent replacement for the factory normal size antenna. Absolutely zero reception lost, and I’m not getting jabbed with the long antenna anymore.

Works perfectly great with duty radio and in no way negatively effects transmit or receive ability. Now the antenna isnt jabbing me in the armpit...
