> 24 hourLove hairbrushes by this company! Purchased a boar bristle brush a few months ago and loved it so much, I decided to buy another type for additional hair benefits. My hair has never looked so great! Its started to grow back with daily brushing with the boar bristle one and I hope this wood pin one will simulate my scalp for more regrowth. It feels great and no static with my thin fine hair. Very well made and high quality. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourMy two girls and myself all have long-ish hair … my oldest has thick, wavy tailbone length hair and a very sensitive scalp. I’ve looked at this brush for a very long time and finally bought it and an Olivia Garden bamboo paddle brush at the same time. I previously had an Olivia Garden brush that lasted about 10 years until the pegs started coming out. I brushed my oldest’s hair tonight to put it up in a bun. I started with the OG but as she yelped in pain I switched to this brush. The OG is a nice brush, yet there was no comparison!!! The pegs are straight, which makes it easy to back out if you hit a tangle that needs a gentler approach. It also makes it very easy to clean, and with no trapped fuzz! The material of the pad overlaps the pegs, there is no gap to trap hairs (the OG tends to gap and can catch hair at the base of the pegs). The wood produces no static like plastic does. After putting my oldest’s hair up, my younger daughter needed help with some neglected tangles in her own shoulder length hair. Again, this beautiful brush wins hands down. The handle is smooth and unbelievably ergonomic (at least for my hands). It has a subtle three-dimensional shape rather than a rounded flat shape like most brushes. It isn’t cheap … I know. It sat on my wish list for a long time. But after seeing/feeling the brush in use my husband encouraged me not to feel guilty about buying two more so we each have one.

> 24 hourMy hair is naturally dry and frizzy, but I’ve noticed a huge improvement since I’ve been using this brush! The bristles are great for distributing oils. I will say, however, that you should use a detangling comb prior to using this brush to prevent snags. Otherwise, no issues!

> 24 hourMy wife has had trouble with her curly hair her whole life, and when we came across the advertisement for the comb, we decided to try it. She was beside herself because she could comb her hair and not have to fight tangles. We realized then that the plastic combs cause static in her hair and that causes her hair to twist together and knot up. She was so happy with the comb she bought the brush as well. Great product!

> 24 hourI tried several less expensive variants that claimed to have real wooden bristles. Mostly what I got was shiny bristles, probably plastic, that can’t possibly redistribute natural oils from scalp toward length of hair shaft. This brush is effective & aesthetically pleasing. I initially discovered wooden bristles via Bass brush probably 20 yrs ago but their brushes have transitioned to bamboo base. The layer which holds bristles is the weakest point no matter which brand. It cracks & degrades over time resulting in bristles that pop out because of cracks. It’s possible to reinsert them but because of the underlying cracks the bristles repeatedly dislodge. I suppose that’s to be expected as everything degrades over time. My review is based on current effectiveness which is excellent. Time will tell about durability.
