> 24 hourLike many people on here, I was advised to take supplementary CoQ10 because I take a statin, which tends to lower naturally occurring levels of CoQ10 in the body. I feel that most supplements you take out of faith and never really notice any effects, but with this supplement I actually do feel better. I feel more clear-headed and less fatigued, which makes sense because CoQ10 is a coenzyme that mediates ATP (i.e. energy) production in cellular mitochondria.

It actually took a good year or so to see that effect, but within 3 months, I started to notice it was reducing the frequency and severity of my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome symptoms - a totally unexpected bonus I was thrilled with! Its a good thing, or I probably would have gotten lax on taking them and not gotten the migraine effect that started after a year or so. I dont know why it takes so long to work; I guess its a build-up-your-reserves thing? Anyway, these are always great quality, never broken or melted or anything weird like that. I always feel comfortable with the Nature Made brand as Ive never had a problem with any of their supplements.

> 24 hourThe price is good for what it is, and I look for the USP certification on all supplements for some assurance that it contains what its supposed to. The Nature Made brand is been around forever - another plus. Hard to say if it really works - you take it for a few years and hope it does what its supposed to. But this company seems to be doing everything right.
