Now that Im older, and need to supplement because my body feels like it needs help, I revisited Spiru-tein powder. It was how I remembered, and Im so glad! Mix it will with some frozen banana chunks/ice/frozen fruit/fresh fruit/no fruit/milk/water - you know what you like. It continues to thicken as it rests. Full feeling lasts a long time, and really noticed a difference in energy.
