> 3 dayI mix this with one cup of 2% milk and a tablespoon of yoghurt for breakfast each morning. It satisfies me for four or five hours - liquid meals never did before. In my opinion, theres no need to add anything else to it like bananas or nut butters. The yoghurt is for intestinal health. The chocolate is great, rich and full-flavored (but admittedly, havent tried any of the others). This does take some stirring to become incorporated and becomes somewhat thick and foamy, but if you let it stand for a minute or two after stirring it helps. (You could probably mix it the night before and then stir it before consuming the next morning.) Ive not tried using a blender. The five pound container is much less expensive per serving than purchasing the smaller packages. Im a repeat customer and have purchased the five pound container many times. (Buy an individual serving packet in two or three flavors to find if this is to your liking.)
