After many years, decided to do something for my health again. I used to use Spiru-tein when I was younger and more active. Now that Im older, and need to supplement because my body feels like it needs help, I revisited Spiru-tein powder. It was how I remembered, and Im so glad! Mix it will with some frozen banana chunks/ice/frozen fruit/fresh fruit/no fruit/milk/water - you know what you like. It continues to thicken as it rests. Full feeling lasts a long time, and really noticed a difference in energy.

I have loved this protein for years. Something has changed, it is extremely too sweet now. The ingredients are different and the taste actually gags me. What a waste of money!! I am now shopping for a replacement. Very disappointed!! Why must companies feel the need to mess with a good product.
