Love flavor and benefit of product.

Tastes good, though not delicious. Very filling

I mix this with one cup of 2% milk and a tablespoon of yoghurt for breakfast each morning. It satisfies me for four or five hours - liquid meals never did before. In my opinion, theres no need to add anything else to it like bananas or nut butters. The yoghurt is for intestinal health. The chocolate is great, rich and full-flavored (but admittedly, havent tried any of the others). This does take some stirring to become incorporated and becomes somewhat thick and foamy, but if you let it stand for a minute or two after stirring it helps. (You could probably mix it the night before and then stir it before consuming the next morning.) Ive not tried using a blender. The five pound container is much less expensive per serving than purchasing the smaller packages. Im a repeat customer and have purchased the five pound container many times. (Buy an individual serving packet in two or three flavors to find if this is to your liking.)

I have been enjoyed this product for years but the prices keep going up. It is impossible to buy it at GNC or similar stores.

I have been taking Spirutein since the 1970s and liked it very much. The flavor was great and it was almost like taking a chocolate shake! Spirulina has terrific health benefits and if you do a search you will find many including that it is the astronauts health secret to survive well in space! Bee pollen is also good. There is a smattering of other nutrients in it that would be best if taken in whole food form but this is the next best and not too much bad to do harm. Id rather have cane sugar or plain sugar over any other sweetener. The Dutch cocoa is good. But over the years the recipe and the flavor has changed and not always for the better. I think the owners of the company may have changed, too. They should not always listen to so-called health experts that keep declaring some things are not healthy. Fructose went from good to bad to worse when they used corn syrup to make it. Thank goodness they removed Stevia! I even stopped purchasing it for a few years when the taste was awful and I let the company know! And the company listened and changed it back. This seller is very good and the product arrives quickly. But now the last batch I purchased last year tasted awful, made us nauseated. It tasted like it had silicone in it or bleach or something. And it stunk. Are they trying to make more profits or is it just that the cost of quality ingredients keeps rising? Im beginning to believe its not best to purchase in a bulk form even though it is a better price. I missed it and the healthy feeling we got from it so purchased a few packets of it at the local health food store today and it tasted and smelled just fine. So I cant support this size of the product. I hope I can do that soon as all of my family like Spirutein and take it and feel better for it. It is a great addition to our natural health lifestyle.

Ive been using this product for years on a daily basis and loved it. My children and grand children loved it as well. When my last order came and i used it, it seems that the formula was changed. Theres a different flavor that none of us were able to finish the drink. Even the little kids said they dont like it anymore. Im sorry not to have the old product Im so used to. Hopefully theyll change it back to what it used to be so we can buy it again. At least I can return it

I love this chocolate and this size keeps me from running out. Great product. Awesome product for people who need more veggies and like protein shakes.

Great taste. Chocolate powder protein, vitamin, mineral, shake. Makes me feel good. Cheaper than most stores buying in big container. Great for people who workout.
