These hooks held Christmas decor to metal door when other magnets fell. Great quality and strength. Purchasing more!

The magnets on these hooks are very strong. I’ve tried pulling them off my fridg and can’t do it unless I slide it to an edge

A nice product but it didn’t do what I needed it to do. I just had a lightweight tarp I wanted to attach to a metal building and you would think with the rating they give it for weight it would be no problem. I think these would be fine for something like a spatula maybe even lightweight tools but it’s not that strong. At least that was my experience with attaching it to the metal siding of a galvanized building.

The only challenge is getting them off once they are stuck. Work very well.

These magnets just arrived and they look great. However, we were surprised and a little taken aback by how strongly they clung to some metal surfaces, and how hard it was to remove or move them. We intend to use these on cruise ship cabin walls, which are metallic. However, since it is going to be a little time before our next cruise when well get to use them, were a little worried that they might be quite difficult to remove at the end of the cruise. Hope there are some cruise enthusiasts who can advise. Or let us know if there is a trick for getting them free when they are holding on so strongly.

The 130 pound is a MUST. Used on cruise ship vacation, holds wet towels and bathing suites perfect to cabin inside metal walls.

3/4 of the hooks went together with no problem. The hook on the fourth wouldnt screw into the base - not sure if the threads are stripped or just not quite right or what. Tried it in all the bases and it just doesnt want to fit. Will probably superglue that one. Safety tip: dont just dump these out of the box onto your hand. If a magnet and a metal piece end up near each other, theyll snap together and pinch your skin between them and it will take the jaws of life to pry them off of your finger. Ask me how I know.

I purchased these magnetic hooks to use on an upcoming cruise and gave them a test drive with my stainless steel refrigerator door to get an idea of how theyll work on the ship. These bad boys stuck like glue to the refrigerator, so much so that I was afraid of scratching the finish trying to get them unstuck! I didnt put much weight on them, similar to how theyll be used on the deep blue ocean, but I think they wouldve taken almost anything I could have given them (within reason, of course). I bought a few extra hooks to give my traveling companions should they need them in their cabin. I might give them some, but I might not.

Very strong magnet. Takes some effort to remove. Should hold up to 10 lbs.
